My dad had been living at Stafford Hall for just over six months now and it is very much his home. We have been so happy with the level of care and support he receives and feel that the staff and residents are like one big family which makes such a difference to other bigger homes. My Dad has recently
been unwell and had to spend time in hospital. During this time I've been in touch with staff and everyone has been so caring and supportive genuinely wishing dad well. I'm happy to say dad is now out of hospital and back home and we felt so lucky that he was made to feel so loved and welcomed on his return. Dad's needs have changed a bit but we are so confident that the staff will meet all his needs well. They are so efficient with adjusting care plans and risk assessing and completing all the relevant paperwork but more importantly to us they are great at treating dad as an individual and know exactly what he likes and needs. We feel so so lucky that Stafford Hall is Dad's home.

Despite mum being confined to her bed being unable to communicate, I am confident that she is interacted with on a regular basis throughout the day. Small things such as applying her make-up show care and goes beyond mums medical needs. The recent change in leadership has greatly improved staff morale
and given Stafford Hall an uplifted and vibrant feel. Not the most modern of buildings but the gardens are a bonus in the summer. Most importantly I feel I can discuss any issues that arise with the appropriate level of staff and that mum is being cared for in a way we are unable to do at home.

My mum has been looked after at Stafford Hall for over 2 years. During her time her condition has naturally worsened, yet the staff are always on hand to help and always with a smile and caring attitude. This week mum had to have a bed bath due to her condition and the care that was taken was excellent.
As her family, our ideas and concerns are always listened to and acknowledged.

My grandmother is in the end stages of her life. Stafford Hall are doing all they can to make her comfortable and keep her dignity.
The staff are caring and approachable.
The home itself could do with some updating (decorating, etc.) but this is just cosmetic, it doesn't affect the service the team
provide.

We have noticed a massive improvement at Stafford Hall since the new manager took over.
Lots of lovely activities going on.
All the staff in the home are so caring, helpful and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The best home mum could be in. Very comforted and relieved with everything.

I have been visiting my friend in this home for nearly seven years. As soon as I walk in the door I see smiling faces. Of course, there are problems from time to time but these are usually solved (if mentioned) and all is well.
I would be happy to recommend a visit to anyone looking for a care home
for themselves or a member of their family.

During Mum's stay at Stafford Hall she has been looked after very well with care compassion and dignity. The staff are very approachable and offer guidance and knowledge when appropriate and necessary. Myself and my family are very satisfied with Mum's overall care.

From walking in the door, it felt warm and homely. The staff all know who you are and are so helpful. The main thing I like is I can come at any time unannounced and ring at any time. My husband has only been in this home for a short time but they went out of their way to let us have a little party
for his birthday with all the family and baked a cake. I am content to leave my husband there and know he is being well looked after which wasn't the case in the last home where he was before coming home.

My mum has lived at Stafford Hall for nearly five years and my sister and I have always been more than happy with the loving care she receives. The home is very well looked after, to a high standard and there is a lovely atmosphere between the staff and this reflects on residents and is a great comfort
to our families. Our mum is very precious to us and we feel that she is in safe hands and well cared for in her latter years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at Stafford Hall. They are special people.

My wife has now been at Stafford Hall for ten months after being discharged from hospital care after suffering a brain injury and also having dementia.


The staff here are all very friendly, caring and helpful. She has been treated with all the kindness and respect I could wish for. It gives me peace

of mind knowing she is being well looked after.
