I cannot recommend Stafford Hall Care Home highly enough. From the moment you walk through the door, it is clear that the residents' wellbeing, dignity and happiness are genuinely at the heart of everything they do.
A special mention has to go to Jenna, the manager, as well as Charlotte, Molly, Julie and Brooke. They are all incredibly professional, caring and approachable, and you can see how much pride they take in providing such a high standard of care. They go above and beyond to make residents and their families feel listened to, supported and reassured.
What really stands out is that the staff themselves are clearly valued and looked after, and this makes such a difference. The team's wellbeing is treated as a priority, and it creates such a positive, warm and respectful environment throughout the home. It is obvious that staff welfare is at the forefront of the management's approach, rather than being an afterthought.

Thank you all!

Very happy with Stafford Hall. My husband is well looked after and the manager and staff do everything they can for him even when it becomes difficult because of his behaviour. We are all welcomed when we visit and our 2 great-granddaughters, aged 5 and 2 and a half, love visiting. Wouldn't want my husband anywhere else.

A Wonderful Home
We couldn't be happier with the care and support our grandad receives at Stafford Hall Care Home. He is so happy there and genuinely feels like he is at home, which means the world to our family.
The care he receives is truly outstanding. The staff are kind, compassionate and attentive, and it is clear that they genuinely care about his wellbeing and happiness. He is treated with dignity, respect and warmth, and it is lovely to see how comfortable and settled he has become.

Knowing that our grandad is happy, well cared for and feels at home gives our whole family such peace of mind. We are incredibly grateful to all the staff for everything they do each and every day. We couldn't ask for better care for him.

Staff have been totally amazing. Since my mum has been in the care facility, the staff have treated her like their own family. Always ready to help and make her feel like she still has her dignity.

I have worked in numerous care homes on door repairs and I can safely say the staff here are the best.

My dad has been at Stafford hall since January 26 and I can not express the amazing care he has received. Not only do all the staff take exceptional care of him, whenever we go visit his room is immaculate, he is always clean, his clothes are laundered but I get constant updates from the staff on his wellbeing.

If I have any concerns for his health, I email and get prompt responses via email, text or phone calls. They take him out on trips and do numerous activities throughout the week.

I would like to say the manager at this care home is very unprofessional we came to visit my mother in law on Saturday 10th july , we sat down started to talk and over came the manager saying we can't feed my mother in law the watermelon with a few words she walked away , few seconds later she came over to me accusing me of still feeding her calling me a liar then pulled a piece of paper for me sign it with nothing on it she wouldn't not stop harassing us, any other manager would called me in the office for quiet word not her voice was getting louder upsetting doris and all the other residents, threatening now to call the police if we dont leave, my mother in law as gone down since staying there never no water on her table food gets left on her try but she is always sleeping so she dont get fed when you look around carers on there mobile phones , ive had to get up and ask for help with other residents, this place is so badly run and unfit for anyone the residents always look dirty

Finding the right care home for a loved one is never easy, but Stafford Hall has exceeded our expectations. It feels much more like a home than an institution, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The staff are always friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. They take the time to get to know each resident, and it's reassuring to know my dad is so well looked after.
The home provides a great range of activities, including days out and entertainment within the home, helping residents stay active and engaged.
My dad doesn't have dementia and is cognitively very capable. The staff recognise this and interact with him accordingly, treating him as an individual rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

We're very grateful for the kindness and care shown by everyone at Stafford Hall and would happily recommend it to others.

My mum moved to Stafford Hall almost a year ago
The care is expectional they got her joining in with activities and took her out on trips
Unfortunately she had a stroke and has now passed away but the last 2 weeks of her life were made so comfortable and nothing was too much trouble
The respect my mum and us as a family were shown in her last days cant be put into words the support we were given the time everyone spent being there was above and beyond
I would recommend this home 100%

My husband suffers with dementia. He has been in residential care at Stafford Hall for the last few months. We as a family are very pleased with the care he has received, the staff are so kind and have got to know him so well.

Stafford Hall is bright, cheerful, clean and welcoming. It is very homely. After having visited a couple of other Homes we are so happy that we chose Stafford Hall - definitely a good choice.

My mother-in-law entered the home after a few weeks of being bed bound at home. Within hours she has been showered, dressed and was in a chair. The staff are excellent, caring and treat my mother with dignity and respect. Management are mindful of all her needs and do everything they can to encourage her well being and improve her physical condition. I would not hesitate to recommend Stafford Hall Residential Care Home.

Have been apprehensive about placing my Mum in a home, we had looked at Stafford Hall months prior to Mum's admission and decided that it was our first choice. Mum's hygiene etc had deteriorated so much. I can't tell you how pleased the family are with the care and support the staff are giving Mum. She looks so clean and healthy, she is always happy and has settled in so well. Thank you to all of you. You have changed our lives as well as Mum's.

My grandad came to Stafford Hall after being in hospital, unfortunately he was only there for a few days before he sadly passed away. During his stay, the staff were great looking after Grandad and supportive to us as a family. We will be forever grateful for making Grandad's last few days comfortable and maintaining his dignity.

My husband has been in Stafford Hall for over two years. He was bedridden after the first three months. I cannot praise the this home enough! He was treated so well and the staff were all so kind. His room was always clean and his bed and clothes always fresh. The staff were always popping in and he had plenty of drinks. He was included in as many activities as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home. All the residents are happy there.
