Kathryn Court

I enquired about moving her downstairs so she could have access to the garden but I was told there were no rooms available. There was a lock on the lift so she couldn't leave her floor unless I was there! . Not enough care staff to help, all overworked

There are games that are played to stimulate the residents minds and also to keep them active and engaged.

Kathryn Court is very clean and well managed.

On every visit I always find the staff to be very friendly, kind and helpful. My mother is cared for very well at the home and I feel that they genuinely care for her. She regularly goes on trips out which she enjoys very much. Mum seems to be happy there.

Just wanted to write a little word about how happy my mother is in this beautiful, clean home. She is actually thriving thanks to the staff and manager. So just want to share how happy we are of finding this home. Many thanks.

All I can say every time I have visited this home, everyone is so nice and helpful, you never need anything, it is all done without asking, managers and staff are brilliant. The home is really well kept and clean and the food always smells great, would always recommend this place!

Whenever I have visited, the place is always clean and staff friendly. The communal area is always nice and bedrooms spacious its nice to visit.

Mum has been at KC for 3 years plus now. But even as her frailty and dementia progress all the team at KC give her excellent care and are so caring and patient with her needs. Thank you all.

My mum has been here since Oct 24, I've found the home to be so clean and always smell so fresh. The place is decorated in lovely bright colours chairs and beds are so comfortable. Staff are amazing, so friendly. I would highly recommend this home. Activities amazing and daily 11am worktools down such a good idea.

Our mother has been a resident of Kathryn Court for nearly a year now. When looking at other homes Kathryn Court was our first choice. The staff are always very welcoming, the home spotlessly clean and always plenty of activities for the residents to do. With the help of the management and staff our mother has settled in really well and she is enjoying it too! This review was agreed by all four daughters.

My mum has now been at Kathryn's Court for 4 weeks and I can't begin to tell you the positive difference it has made to my mum's qaulily of life and indeed the hole family. The professionalism and care from all the staff has been of the Highest qaulily and I can't thank them all enough. Continue the fantastic work you all do, once again a huge thankyou from me.

The care has been consistently good and my friend is always cheerful. Staff are friendly and respectful.

I always find my Mother-in-law happy and well looked after. The staff are always caring and respectful towards her. Her room is clean and comfortable. Management always have time to listen to us.

I don't think my Dad could have picked a better care home for my Mum, very welcoming. The home is always spotless. Great management and care staff!

She is walking to her wheelchair instead of just turning around into it.

I will mention home has a very welcoming manager she is really nice and the home is so much better. I hear lots of laughter and good things are happening we also have a new deputy who is also very nice, overall good things are happening at Kathryn Court.

I visited my friend several times a week. My visits were frequent but short. I found the staff and the general environment to be pleasant and adequate, sometimes his table was sticky but any attempt by him to eat or drink would result in spillage. Expecting constant and immediate cleaning would be unrealistic. Would I be pleased to spend my final days at Kathryn Court? Yes, I would.
