Overall Experience

The staff at this home have, over the last 4 years, looked after my mother who had vascular dementia. This condition became worse over time but never once did I hear a raised voice. Every member of staff worked with a smile and also treated visitors with respect and care. Their professionalism was exemplary. They made my mother's last years more comfortable and manageable and I really cannot fault them in any way.

In all the years that my sister has been a resident at Russell Churcher Court, there has never been a time when I felt that my sister was not being looked after in a professional and kindly way.

My husband is always met with a friendly greeting. He has the same room which makes him feel secure. The home has a relaxed atmosphere offering good food, various entertainment and excellent service at all times. He always comes home in good spirits which I think is a good advert for the home.

I am very grateful that my husband is in such good hands and would not wish him to be moved anywhere else. The staff are very kind to us both. They have been quick to obtain medical help frequently as he has deteriorated in health which gives me peace of mind.
