Thank you for your review. We are pleased that you recognised the dedication of our staff and the quality of care your father received during the majority of his time at Whiteoaks. Our team always strives to provide compassionate, person-centred care, and we are glad this was acknowledged. However, we must respectfully correct some of the claims made in your review. The changes you refer to were not due to failings in care, but rather were a result of your father's increasing care needs, which exceeded what a residential care home is legally and safely able to provide. As you know, a nursing environment was clinically recommended to ensure his health and safety. Regarding staff changes, while some turnover is inevitable in any care setting, all shifts remained fully covered to ensure consistent care. We understand that the transition to a nursing home has been difficult, but it is important that families focus on the facts when sharing feedback.Whiteoaks Management Team

A big thank you from the family to all the managent and staff for all you do.
