Whiteoaks Rest Home

I have been coming to Whiteoaks for respite for a few years bow. I have decided to stay permanently and I feel happy and safe here.

Excellent.

Meals are served in a large, well-furnished dining room, but with the flexibility to be taken in our room when required.

I like the meals being ready and no making up to do. The staff are mostly helpful and friendly.

The home is very clean and gives you a feeling of being a private residence. The staff are very polite and helpful. I know that my mum is safe and well looked after.

A very nice home, I am happy here.

A lovely place with very friendly staff. Nothing is a problem. If you ask they will try to sort things.

The standard of care is very good. I have plenty of food, overall excellent service.

Whiteoaks care home has looked after mum since December 2016, however, she had stayed there for respite care previously. The home is well maintained, clean and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The home is well managed, activities are put on for the residents, Christmas was a family affair with a visit from Santa. As a single carer, moving mum into Whiteoaks was the right decision for both of us as I now mum's being well looked after. Overall happy with the service they are providing.

I have been a resident at the above rest home for about 6 weeks and am very happy here - lovely staff and comfortable room etc. I am very sorry to have left my comfortable house but realise I couldn't manage on my own. My husband has Parkinson's and is in hospital and we are waiting for him to be well enough to join me here.

I have been living at Whiteoaks Rest Home for over a year and I continue to enjoy life. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I am happy at Whiteoaks Rest Home, the carers are looking after me. The food is very good.

Quite happy here. Would come again but I don't want anything more happening to me. I am here because I broke my leg and I am recovering after the operation. Staff are very attentive and kind.

I must admit that I am very happy here and would not want to go anywhere else. The workers here are very caring and would go to the end of the world to keep you cared for and happy.

Carers are very friendly at Whiteoaks Rest Home, I couldn't ask for better care. I have a lovely ground floor room with a view to the garden. My family can visit me here anytime. They know I'm safe here.

All the carers are wonderful. They look after me very well. I spend lots of time in my room, my family decorated it nicely for me. It has given them a peace of mind knowing I'm safe here.
