Review from Michael L (Son of Resident) published on 18 April 2017 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My mother, suffering from severe dementia, was resident at Belmont View for the last 6 months of her life.
The care she received from every member of staff was truly exceptional.
Genuinely caring people, who not only cared for my mother but for the whole family, made what was an inevitably difficult period so much easier.

We will always be grateful to them and hope they understand how much their hard work, skills and care makes a real difference.

Review from Pauline W (Sister of Resident) published on 4 January 2017 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My dear sister spent the last year of her life in Treetops and I have to say she couldn't have received better care. The staff looked after her so well everyone was kind, caring and loving. I visited often and there was always great rapport between residents and staff. They certainly knew the residents so well and it made for a lovely family atmosphere. They were always there to support me too when my sister was really poorly.

What I am really saying is that I'm so grateful to everyone - managers, girls on reception, careers, housekeepers and the dear lady delivering the laundry. You are all such special people. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Maria GagliardiJob Title:Deputy Home Manager

The Deputy Home Manager shares responsibility with the Home Manager for running the home. Deputy managers will each bring their own skill set to the home, some offering more assistance with the business side of things while others focus largely on care. However, whether they look at it from a business or care perspective, the focus of the Deputy is always to ensure that their home is offering the very best quality of life for our residents. Experienced and either holding or working towards their qualifications, Deputy Home Managers are capable and driven to provide the best of everything for their residents.
