Overall Experience

I cannot fault the staff at Cherry Trees care home enough. Without exception they are all caring and considerate. Nothing is too much trouble and I know my aunt is in safe hands.

Review from Frances D (Daughter of Resident) published on 12 October 2015 Submitted via Postal Card
Overall Experience

My mother had received excellent all round care since leaving hospital after a stroke. She has quite a few medical issues which have been monitored and responded to quickly. The staff are very kind and caring and my mother is happy to be at Cherry Trees. The doctor calls regularly when needed. The manager and senior staff alert me to any problems and keep me informed. I visit every other afternoon and can discuss her care any time. It is a big worry relieved for me. Any hospital appointments are arranged and transport sorted.
