My father was at Eden House for 18 months and he was extremely well looked after, supported and cared for. All the staff were polite and treated him (and our family) with respect, dignity and as "people" and not "just a job" as some homes do, and as if they were in Dad's home and not at work. He became unwell in January but was able to remain at Eden House for end of life care, for which we, the family, are most grateful. The staff came into their own at a very difficult time for all of us and the care and dignity were absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.
Thank you so much for leaving such wonderful feedback. We have a fabulous team at Eden House and we are pleased that this is recognised. Across all our homes we strive for that family feel, therefore, we are delighted that that is exactly how you all felt whilst Dad was in our care. We wish you all the best.
When dad became ill for the last time, the care staff called in to see their friend at every opportunity, when it was time to say goodbye, nine of them attended from the care home and cried alongside us. Knowing how hard they work, we had expected a 'token' member of staff, but this was an overwhelming tribute to our dad; someone who continued to touch the lives of his family and friends even as his illness progressed.
Thank you.
Wow, such heartfelt, touching feedback. We have a fantastic team of hard-working and dedicated individuals at Eden House and it is a delight knowing that this does not go unnoticed. It is truly an honour to read that your dad had such a wonderful time living with us, and we are deeply sorry for...
My nanny is a resident at Eden House. She is well cared for, 5 star care. Food is wonderful and homemade. It's a home from home, is always clean and tidy and all the staff are so welcoming and kind. Could not do more for my nanny and me. Manager and owners are great too. We tell everyone about this home. The best in the UK.
Dear Ian,
What a fantastic review. Thank you so very much. We are very proud of our outstanding team at Eden House. Your kind words mean a lot to us and I will be sure to pass on your feedback to the staff.
All the best.
My grandad has been residing at Eden House for coming up to 6 years now. During this time, the staff have been incredibly caring and supportive towards both me and my grandad, it goes beyond the carers job description, they have become friends and I have no doubt that they genuinely like and care about my grandad. He gets regularly offered food of good quality and variety, his room is clean and warm. If we have a problem, we have management we can trust and that are approachable.
It is wonderful to read such lovely feedback. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We have a fantastic team at Eden House and I will be sure to pass on your positive words. We wish you the best.
