Overall Experience

From the moment I contacted Abbey Lodge, it felt right. Their response was as if it was a member of their own family. They visited my neighbour the very next day in extreme, adverse weather. My neighbour who is a gentleman of 97 and very independent, had a rapport with the home representative immediately. He had a choice of his care and it was designed around his needs and wishes. The home is top for cleanliness, staff are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to please residents and visitors. It really is home from home!

Overall Experience
My father in law has been in Abbey Lodge since March of this year after realising he could not cope, at the age of 99 years, at home alone.

The staff at Abbey Lodge have been very professional and attentive and caring to his needs.
