Beginning her career in domiciliary care in 2010, she progressed through positions including Senior Carer, Supervisor, and Deputy Manager (amongst others!), gaining a comprehensive understanding of every level of care delivery.

A CQC Registered Manager, Nicola holds a BA (Hons) in Health & Social Care, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and a NEBOSH certificate, among other professional qualifications. Passionate about lifelong learning, she is currently studying for a Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management, further enhancing her ability to lead effectively and drive high standards of care.

She has progressed through a variety of positions, including Carer, Senior Carer, Team Leader, and Care Planner, before joining the Practice Development Team and later becoming Deputy Manager at Harpwood.

Amalia is skilled in both the practical and theoretical aspects of care, enabling her to approach her role with professionalism, empathy, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. She holds an NVQ Level 5 and a Level 5 in Leadership and Management, and is currently studying towards her Level 7 in Strategic Leadership and Management.
