We are a lively bunch, and no day is the same. I believe in looking at the person, not the illness.
My door is always open to residents, relatives, and staff. I like to say hello to every resident every day and have a chat.
Good communication and daily updates with all departments are essential for effective teamwork.

I love building a good rapport with all the residents and providing an excellent standard of care in a person-centred approach. I love to go that extra mile to see a smile on our resident's faces.
