I started working at The Hollies in 2012, I started working as a care assistant, after one year I trained to become a senior care assistant and then onto The Deputy manager for the last 7 years. I started working at the Hollies in 2013. I achieved my Level 2 Health & Social Care and became a Senior Healthcare Assistant. I took some time out of work to have my family and on return to work I became an Activity Coordinator. I love my new job role as I love being able to interact with the residents and I feel I can have a lot more one to one time with them. We all have great fun planning the activities together and it's really nice to give the residents something to look forward to. Some of our favourite activities are singing, arts & crafts and day trips out.
