Staff care deeply about residents and when you visit its care homes there is a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Skilled carers know when to provide care and when to encourage independence. They work with loved ones to create a care plan that suits them. This means, where possible, your loved ones will retain control over their day-to-day living. Rest assured, however, that they’ll be there 24 hours a day should they be required.

It is a requirement that at least 50% of care staff are qualified to NVQ Level 2 in professional care. Training scheme ensure that Regal Care Trading exceed this requirement, and they’re aiming for 100% of carers to gain this qualification. The group are committed to achieving this, which will ensure residents continue to receive only the highest level of care available.

The first time I met Nicola (Manager) and Karen (Deputy Manager) they were so kind, caring and patient. Although my Dad is 95 this was still a difficult decision to make, but they immediately put me at ease. Their attitude and approach is mirrored by the amazing team who look after him. My Dad has only
been at Westlands for 2 weeks but he has settled so well and the change in him is nothing short of astounding, all thanks to the love and care he is receiving. From the staff who look after him during the day and night, to the Pink Ladies who work tirelessly to make sure residents are entertained during the day, to the staff in the kitchen making delicious home cooked meals, to the maintenance man who always takes the time to interact with the residents and to the laundry staff and cleaners who work tirelessly behind the scenes. Thank you for your hard work. Thank you for making this transition easier than I expected. Thank you all for everything.

Clear not just a home but a community. Staff took time to get to know him. Compassion shown in last days was second to none. He was always treated with dignity and made comfortable. I have been visiting my father in law at Blenheim House for a few weeks since hospital discharge. The experience has been nothing but positive. Staff are kind, patient and attentive. Mobility issues, dementia care and medical needs have been met with professionalism and true care. The home is clean,
welcoming and well maintained. My father in law was shown kindness, compassion and dignity before he passed so grateful to Lyndsey and her team for the warmth shown in his care.

My father-in-law was discharged from hospital to Westlands Care Home after 24 hour care was deemed the most appropriate path forward to meet his needs. Since being at the care home, he seems to have settled quickly. He is brighter in himself and his quality of life has definitely improved. The staff

We recently moved dad to Westlands from a local nursing home. The manager, Nicola and Deputy, Karen, and their staff are positive, calm and assured and so helpful. You could see dad relaxing into his new home. The home is very tastefully decorated, the bedrooms are good, the food is homemade, and dad
has enjoyed the variety of activities, and the choice of lounges and quiet areas too. There is the opportunity to enjoy the courtyard garden too - which is great.

My mum has been a resident at Park Beck. Since 2024 her life is so different now from when she was living at home. I visit weekly she is always smiling she wakes me off when its time to go which is a sure sign to me she is happy. There is always something going on when I visit staff are so warm and
kind management are open and honest such a wonderful home.
