A special thank you to all the staff at Linden Manor, including those working behind the scenes.

My father in law (FIL) has been a resident for a few months now and it feels like the right time to do a review. The facilities, staff and care is excellent and as a relative the team are helpful, friendly, accommodating and caring. This is mirrored in the care they give to my FIL, they team show they care and look after his needs brilliantly. The food, drink, activities and engagement are real standouts. We've seen the meals, snacks & drinks provided and they are varied, nutritious and 'home made'. There is always something happening to keep him engaged and give a sense of community to the residents. The team are caring, attentative and friendly and do all they can to manage his needs. I think the best compliment I can give is that I have total peace of mind with him being there and wouldn't want to see him anywhere else - Westlands and the team there are top notch, thank you and keep up the fantastic work.

Mum passed away 1st July 2023. The home could not have done any more to ensure my mum was comfortable and safe and able to pass away peacefully with her family at her side. The care and communication shown to family at this difficult time was exemplary. Mum was at Ashley Court for over 3 years and everyone there took time, care and consideration of Mums needs every step of that time, I could not have found a better home for Mum to enjoy her last years.

My brother is always treated with kindness and dignity. He is v.happy living at Blair House. Members of staff are caring. I am a frequent visitor and am always welcomed with a cup of tea and the offer of lunch. The manager is friendly. Blair House often has parties for the residents e.g. Midsummer, Halloween, Burns night. The garden is pleasant and welcoming. In my opinion Blair house is a very safe happy home.

The staff here look after my grandad very well! Whenever we come to visit him, the care home is always very clean and tidy! He's always given snacks and drinks (including homemade milkshakes) throughout the visit!

Finding a home for mum was a worrying and scary time. The management who visited us explained so well and invited Mum and my sister and I over for a tea. From the moment we arrived the home felt like a home away from home. Mum has been there since March 2026 and she has blossomed. She is so happy and involved in all the activities the home provide. We cannot say thank you enough for their support help and happiness towards all clients and their family!

We found ourselves looking for respite care for Mum during a dementia crisis while waiting for an assessment, as she was deteriorating significantly. I visited other homes before Blenheim but felt I was discussing a business transaction rather than the care of someone I loved. Blenheim House was completely different from the first phone call. Lynsey, the manager, was kind, caring, empathetic and genuinely concerned about Mum and how they could help. She listened, was clearly knowledgeable and gave me confidence in a very difficult decision. Mum is still struggling, but Lynsey and her team have been amazing, taking the time to understand her and providing personalised support. Caring for someone with dementia can be complex and incredibly challenging, yet the staff at Blenheim House approach even the most difficult moments with patience, dignity and compassion. Their care extends to families too. I feel incredibly fortunate that I walked through the doors of Blenheim House.

I was welcomed by helpful staff and found a pleasant spot in the garden to visit my father. The staff kindly offered us a drink and a choc ice as the weather was very hot. It was good to see that my father was happy and he looked well cared for by the staff.

Staff and management at Ashley Court went above and beyond in their care of my father in law whose needs were sadly beyond what Ashley Court could safely provide (being mainly complex health care needs). This did not stop them trying to pull out all the stops to assist our family with the care of Dad. Staff were caring and supportive and the manager Jackie has been nothing more than a total rock, her experience, advice and support have been a light for us in a very dark tunnel. For the short time Dad spent at Ashley Court the care he received was excellent. If it was possible to place Dad in a non nursing home this is the care home we would choose. I cannot fault Blair House. It seems my mums every whim is catered for from favourite foods, to activities and lots of one to one time. Staff from management to carers are always very welcoming - despite having to cater for residents, they always offer refreshments to visitors. They value feedback and are keen to be the very best, which, in my opinion, they most definitely are

i have not got anything negative to say about this home.all the caregivers are mindful of residents needs and do everything to ensure their overall safety.food is adequate but not enough variety in my husbands opinion. there are no set times for visiting so i can visit anytime

Blair House has been amazing for my grandad. The staff are lovely and the whole setting has a family feel to it. They offer real person Centred Care and welcomed us as a family. We could never thank the staff enough!
