The staff at Park Beck are excellent, they seem very caring and kind towards my mum. The manager is also very helpful. Food and activities all seem good, security is good as access/exit always assisted by staff member.

My brother was not looking after himself at home but since coming into Park Beck he has been clean and tidy and well looked after. I am very happy with the care he receives. The staff are the crowning glory of this home. So friendly and happy.

My mum has been a resident at Park Beck. Since 2024 her life is so different now from when she was living at home. I visit weekly she is always smiling she wakes me off when its time to go which is a sure sign to me she is happy. There is always something going on when I visit staff are so warm and

My aunt has been here for a few years. The care she recieves is amazing. The staff and management are fantastic and they really do have all residents wellbeing at the heart of their care. This reflects in my aunt's behaviour. She has complex needs, but nothing is ever too big for the carers.

My husband was cared for with great respect and dignity until he died two and a half years ago. I continue to visit at least once a week as a friend to many of the residents. I'm greeted with warmth and made to feel comfortable. The manager and staff are constantly making sure everyone's reassured and
calm. Giving drinks and medication always with respect, cheerfully, and so, so hard working. I would recommend the home for someone who is looking for a warm, safe, caring environment to live.

Park Beck is an excellent home. The staff are caring and genuine, and the residents have so many opportunities to join in with activities and outings. It is one of the best homes I have come across.
I am very happy that my mum is residing at Park Beck, myself and my sister went to visit the home before
our mum became a resident, we knew straight away that we wanted our mum to reside there, as the staff were so lovely, and the home itself is clean, and homely.
I know that my mum is very happy living there.

I find my room here lovely and I like all the staff I feel supported and safe here, I like the food offered to me and the carers are all very friendly and nice.

I have been a resident at this Care Home for nearly 10 years and I belive it is probably the Best all round care facility I have been in. Apart from when I lived in retirement housing which was and still is as far as Im aware still the same as it was then although I have been informed that these flats
maybe seperated into low-rise blocks of flats on the same sight.

I wanted to write a review as I am very happy with the care my mum receives at Blaire house.she has been there 3 years now and always well cared for. It was very emotional to put mum into residential care but I do feel she is in the best place she can be for her situation. She has settled in well and
the staff are very kind to her. The food is really good and home cooked. The staff are always very welcoming and accomadating to myself and any visitors she has. The atmosphere is quite homely and upbeat with some good activities and all the holidays and birthdays are celebrated with much enthusiasm and care thankyou for mums great care best wishes Diane .

The staff at Blair house are exceptional, they put their heart and soul into caring for the residence. My dad has been at Blair house for a year and more recently has needed lots more care. He is treated with respect, dignity and honour.. they show great affection for him
And know him well.
The facilities
could be updated however it is clean and tidy at all times. The staff maintain an air of calmness and confidence when dealing with all the residents. When we visit as a family we are treated with respect and welcomed warmly at any time. Our feelings and opinions are valued and encouraged. We could not have wished for a more fitting place for our precious dad to spend his later years. Thank you Blair House !

I'v been here for approcimatly nine weeks now, no complaints, this place runs like a Swiss watch, I find the staff excelent, nothing is too much trouble for them. My last place was the complete opposite to this place.

My friend has been a resident in Blair House for several years. She seems well cared for and happy. The staff seem kind and caring. My friend is always nicely dressed and neat and tidy. She is obviously eating well as I think she has put on weight.
I have put satisfactory in some respects not because
I have any reason to doubt the items are probably worthy of a higher mark but because I do not have personal experience of them.

My brother has lived at Blair House for 9 years. He is very happy living there and often says, "I like living here".
He enjoys sitting in the garden. There is also a nice extension sitting room with access to the garden.
There are several parties for the residents during the year e.g. at Halloween,
Christmasm Burns Night and there is a summer party this year on August 15th.
The staff and manager are welcoming to me offering tea or coffee and sometimes I join them for lunch. The food is healthy and tasty. Yesterday, when I visited, one of the staff asked if I would like a photo of my brother and me. I was given 2 good photos of us.
My brother has his own room. The home is very clean. I am always informed about my brother health.
My overall experience of Blair House is excellent.

I have found Blair house and it's Staff deliver a high standard of care in a friendly house sized environment.
They have dealt with any problems my Mother has professionally taking swift action when needed and kept me informed of any issues. I feel I can trust them to do the best they can for my Mum.
From
the top down the Staff work well as a team and show they care about what they are doing and who they look after while maintaining a clean and pleasant Home. Of the homes I visited while finding a place for Mum Blair house stood out as the best choice for her, I can only recommend them.
