Thank you lady's and gents for caring for my nan

We found ourselves looking for respite care for Mum during a dementia crisis while waiting for an assessment, as she was deteriorating significantly. I visited other homes before Blenheim but felt I was discussing a business transaction rather than the care of someone I loved. Blenheim House was completely different from the first phone call. Lynsey, the manager, was kind, caring, empathetic and genuinely concerned about Mum and how they could help. She listened, was clearly knowledgeable and gave me confidence in a very difficult decision. Mum is still struggling, but Lynsey and her team have been amazing, taking the time to understand her and providing personalised support. Caring for someone with dementia can be complex and incredibly challenging, yet the staff at Blenheim House approach even the most difficult moments with patience, dignity and compassion. Their care extends to families too. I feel incredibly fortunate that I walked through the doors of Blenheim House.

I was welcomed by helpful staff and found a pleasant spot in the garden to visit my father. The staff kindly offered us a drink and a choc ice as the weather was very hot. It was good to see that my father was happy and he looked well cared for by the staff.

I am very grateful to the staff & management at Blenheim house for their care of my mum. She is so well cared for. I can relax knowing she's in the best place for all her needs to be met. When I visit I feel welcomed and cared for too.

I find the staff to be very welcoming and are very caring and attentive to my mother. Overall the home is very clean and the bedrooms are very comfortable.

There is often entertainment on, Mum enjoyed the singer playing songs from the 1960's.

I have no hesitation in recommending Blenheim House, the care is second to none. They have and are continuing to make lots of improvements inside and outside.

Clear not just a home but a community. Staff took time to get to know him. Compassion shown in last days was second to none. He was always treated with dignity and made comfortable. We felt supported as a family knowing he was in good hands. Staff are patient, professional and show humanity to those in care. The home feels like a home, not clinical, and is fresh, well maintained and warm and welcoming. The staff team are the heart of this home and helped turn my fathers difficult journey into a peaceful one.

I have been visiting my father in law at Blenheim House for a few weeks since hospital discharge. The experience has been nothing but positive. Staff are kind, patient and attentive. Mobility issues, dementia care and medical needs have been met with professionalism and true care. The home is clean, welcoming and well maintained. My father in law was shown kindness, compassion and dignity before he passed so grateful to Lyndsey and her team for the warmth shown in his care.

Brenalwood is a superb place, the staff are very caring, the management are always available if you need anything. The food is tailored for the residents' individual needs. As visitors we are always welcomed and treated to tea and biscuits. I am very grateful to be able to rely on them caring for mother during a very difficult time for our family.

My friend says she wanted to stay here today and not go anywhere else.

We have found Brenalwood to be very welcoming, and we feel that they look after Shirley very well. Food is very good, and we can relax knowing that Shirley receives such good care.
