My experience of The Hollies, all the staff are nice friendly and welcoming, they also invite family to functions, xmas party valentines party and Chinese New Year. Excellent place and staff.

My mum has been in Alpine Care home for a year now and is well taken care of. The staff there are magnificent with my mum, they show so much care and support to her and all the residents that live there. You can really see the love they all have to care so kindly. Each visit is a pleasure with no stress,
it's such a wonderful, relaxed environment to live in. Mums always clean and dressed nicely. Cups of tea whenever you want one, all the staff are excellent and are very well run to the most highest standards. It's so nice to think and know that mums taken care of in so many ways. Thank you to all at Alpine Care Home. Always activities going on to do for them.

The staff are exceptional and engaged. The feeling and vibe is warm and caring and I feel like my friend is very well taken care of and loved.

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with the care that has been given to my mother-in-law. The staff are always smiling, caring and enthusiastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Despite taking time to settle, Alpine have gone above and beyond to ensure Mum is safe and looked after, even on
her trickier days. The home itself is clean and has a very homely feel. The staff work hard to keep residents busy, this includes crafts, cooking, art, music etc and taking residents out for day trips. The food is excellent and kitchen meets standards. Mum now describes the residents as her friends and extra family. What more could we ask for! The home is managed excellently and I would highly recommend.

My wife having advanced mixed dementia receives good care particularly as she cannot call for aseismic. I find the full-time care assistance very capable and helpful but due to manning levels especially at weekends agency staff are not as good. Her room is good and we can customise the place to our
liking. The food is good and feeding assistance is available. It is essential nursing staff are available and again they are good at the care they offer. The external GP is not reactive as I would like. There are many activities organised with outings, events and internal activities arranged. The management listen to my concerns and react accordingly. I am very happy that my wife is in Ashcroft.
