Finding a home for mum was a worrying and scary time. The management who visited us explained so well and invited Mum and my sister and I over for a tea. From the moment we arrived the home felt like a home away from home. Mum has been there since March 2026 and she has blossomed. She is so happy and involved in all the activities the home provide. We cannot say thank you enough for their support help and happiness towards all clients and their family!

The staff are very nice, I like living hear very much The food is also very good.

My mother, Pamela, was a resident of LCCH for a few years. Her Alzheimer's Dementia slowly clouded her mind and upon occasion, could be challenging. She died a few days ago. Originally, she was situated in another care home that, although was very 'pretty', lacked compassion and constantly smelled. My mother would ask if she had been 'good' that day. Her time with Karen's team has been second to none. The environment has never been anything other than home for her, it has never had a smell and she had always been clean and smart and she smiled. The bonding of staff to each resident, their knowledge of each person's character, their time and understanding spent with families, afforded me the confidence, the peace of mind knowing that she was in the very best hands. Each and every staff member worked together to ensure consistent assurance that she was the most important reason they were there. The same assurance given to all. I am satisfied with the care she is given, especially since she has been confined to her bed. Most of the staff are very caring and always go that extra mile to help and keep me informed about mums health.

Loose Court cared for my Mother in law with love ,care and compassion, in the 2 1/2 years that she was in the care of Loose Court she was always happy clean well dressed and well fed and most of all she was loved, every member of staff were kind and caring , we never had an issue with the care Pam received and even when she was having bad days, we always knew that the staff knew exactly what to do to calm things with hugs kisses and cups of tea or a bowl of ice cream not to mention the odd chocolate, staff always included her in any activity that was happening no one was ever excluded.Loose Count became a second home to us and staff became friends and we were always happy to leave Pam in their care .

All staff always efficient knowledgeable and friendly and helpful to all residents and families. Nothing to much trouble for them. Well done All.

My experience of The Hollies, all the staff are nice friendly and welcoming, they also invite family to functions, xmas party valentines party and Chinese New Year. Excellent place and staff.

A very homely care home, staff are amazing, brilliant entertainment. Staff are very welcoming, excellent food. Very highly recommended very clean.

Mum is well cared for by a wonderful dedicated team. Always welcoming and available to discuss any concerns we may have. The display boards look very professional and well thought out for residents and visitors to enjoy.

My mum has been in Alpine Care home for a year now and is well taken care of. The staff there are magnificent with my mum, they show so much care and support to her and all the residents that live there. You can really see the love they all have to care so kindly. Each visit is a pleasure with no stress, it's such a wonderful, relaxed environment to live in. Mums always clean and dressed nicely. Cups of tea whenever you want one, all the staff are excellent and are very well run to the most highest standards. It's so nice to think and know that mums taken care of in so many ways. Thank you to all at Alpine Care Home. Always activities going on to do for them.

The staff are amazing and very caring towards the residents. Great activities and events to keep the residents occupied. Food looks great. Overall a very homey atmosphere. Management have been extremely helpful from the beginning of the process of finding a residential home.

The staff are exceptional and engaged. The feeling and vibe is warm and caring and I feel like my friend is very well taken care of and loved.

The food is nourishing and a great standard according to my friend and regular teas and coffees and biscuits. They have lovely entertainment and areas to relax in.

My friend is here and is being looked after wonderfully. The staff are great and caring, the food is very good and she is looking very happy here. She has extended her stay because she is being treared so well. I am very impressed and would recommend Alpine highly
