All staff at Brenalwood were welcoming, kind and caring.
Dad was very happy here and even suggested that we come and live here as well. He wasn't here very long but felt very much at home.
It was always a pleasure for us when we visited Dad.
All the staff are doing excellent jobs

Thank you all

Brenalwood is a superb place, the staff are very caring, the management are always available if you need anything. The food is tailored for the residents' individual needs. As visitors we are always welcomed and treated to tea and biscuits. I am very grateful to be able to rely on them caring for mother during a very difficult time for our family.

Brenalwood Care Home Walton is absolutely amazing - My dad has been here for a long while now.
The manager and all the staff are extremely attentive to the all the residents and to all the visitors. I am a regular visitor to this care home and they always greet me and my 9 year old daughter with open arms and are very friendly, kind and nothing is too much trouble. The care home is very clean. The food is absolutely amazing, the roast dinners OMG and the ice cream too :) The garden is beautiful.

I truly cannot fault this care home - it really is such a caring and warming environment and I thoroughly enjoy every visit. My dad receives brilliant care and the staff make a real effort to get to know every resident and their likes and dislikes. It really is lovely to see my dad looked after so well. Thank you so much to the amazing manager and all the amazing staff at Brenalwood - Your work and dedication is very much appreciated so thank you so much :):):):)

I visit regularly and I am always received warmly and respectfully - made to feel welcome. My sister seems will-cared for and always looks clean and healthy. She responds well to the carers and genuinely is fond of them. With prompting her memory of parts of our past is good and she is settled here. When she first came into Brenalwood, she was very agitated - this only happens occasionally nowadays.

Our mother has been living at Brenalwood Care Home for a year. We are very happy indeed with her care. The staff are friendly and extremely caring. Our moth loves all the activities and is always well presented and comfortable and our family loves the welcoming atmosphere - we can pop in anytime: and it's fantastic to see our mum smiling and happy - especially at the music events! We are very glad we found Brenalwood!

The care is of a high quality on a 24/7/365 basis. If at any time there has been a problem, the care home has always telephoned me with an update of the problem, care and well-being. Day and or night time it gives me peace of mind.

My Father has been a resident here since late January 2024 due to his Dementia. The staff are wonderful & care for my father's needs & look after him & all the residents.
There are many activities held each day for the residents & when we visit my father they always offer us refreshments or something to eat if they are serving food or snacks.
We are always keeped informed about any issues if they arise and very happy with the care my father receives at Brenalwood.

We are grateful for the care & hard work all the staff give my father here.

My mum has been a resident in Brenalwood for just over a year, she has cognitive impairment and nursed in bed.
From the very first day all staff have treated mum and her family with the utmost respect and kindness and nothing is too much trouble.
She was put on the end of life care pathway last Feb '24 and we thought we were going to lose her last year but due to the amazing care from the staff, we are lucky enough to still have her.
She is now able to eat solid food and the staff go out of their way to provide foods to tempt her appetite, they are all so patient with her.
I can only visit once a week but the manager keeps me updated and informed of any changes, mums key worker also tells me how she has been in the week.

My family feel blessed that mum was placed in this home
