My husband was admitted to Loose Court Care Home about three months ago. His particular needs were quickly diagnosed and acted upon. He is now much calmer and accepts all the care and attention given to him. In my opinion, he could be not in a better place. I find all the staff caring, patient and professional.
I am totally comfortable that my husband is receiving the best possible care and attention.

From the very first day all the staff have been amazing. Their care and understanding is absolutely first class, superbly led by the manager. In what has been a difficult time for us they have provided great support and guidance. It is so important and reassuring to know that my relative is being superbly

My best friend's mum was a resident here. She had dementia and this was getting worse. The staff are so patient and caring. They sent videos of her dancing and singing. They even came in on their day off when she was nearing the end of her life. Everyone is professional but also emotionally attached
to all of the residents. I would not hesitate in recommending Loose Court. Amazing.

I can not express how wonderful the manager, assistant manager and their staff are. Nothing is too much trouble and the manager and assistant manager go above and beyond their roles in the Loose Court. The home has been wonderful to my mum from the time she moved in, which was October 2019. The consistency
of care, cleanliness, activity, fun and general wellbeing is second to none. The last few days of my mum's life was made to be the best it possibly could. I wish to thank the manager and assistant manager so much.

My mother was in this care home since 2018 and from day one, when they took Mum into the dining room and gave her some lunch, whilst I sorted everything out, I have nothing but praise for the staff. Mum was extremely happy with all aspects of her care, which put the families mind at rest knowing that

Prior to my grandfather entering a care home, we looked around a number of care homes and none of them seemed right until we found Loose Court. As soon as we walked in we found it to be clean, friendly and almost have a “homely hotel” feel about it.
The manager is truly outstanding. She genuinely
has a love for people and wants to do the very best for all the residents. Each is treated as an individual and on a daily basis she goes beyond the call of duty. She shows love, empathy, respect, individuality and care for each of the residents and as a strong leader who is widely respected these values are shown by all the management and carers. All the residents are treated like her extended family.
After reading so much bad press about care homes it really was a breath of fresh air to see how Grandad was treated here. He was made to feel loved and special. I would recommend to anyone. The home also offers days out and fish and chip takeaway in the summer.

This is a wonderful home. My father felt loved and valued by all the staff there. Dad was a resident in Loose Court for 4 years. He suffered from dementia, but received the best of care. The manager is very dedicated and caring and deserves a special mention. Friends and relatives who visited Dad,
all commented on the feeling of love in the home and said it’s the best one they’ve visited.
I would certainly recommend this home to anyone looking for the best care for an elderly relative.

When the time came at 82 years of age, it was obvious that I could no longer care for my 90 year old wife with dementia and difficulty with walking, in our own home. The decision was made that she would go to a professional care home. I visited 18 care homes within 3 miles of our home and decided that
there were only 4 that I would be happy for her to stay, unfortunately, 2 of those were nursing homes and not care homes.
Loose Court, strangely enough, the first home I visited and only a mile from home, appeared to be friendly,m clean, tidy and airy. My wife was offered a nice ensuite room in which we were allowed to put many of her things around to help make her feel at home. She has been there nearly a year now, she gets all the medical help she needs, a hairdresser and many different activities and outings. In the summer we can sit out in the garden just like home.
I always feel that by sending her to a care home I have taken her real home away from her but she often says how nice it is there. The family and I are very happy with her being there and I can visit any time and stay as long as I wish.

Dad had to go into care as he was no longer able to care for himself. From the moment we walked into the home we knew this was the right place. The staff were very welcoming and friendly - being able to choose his room was something I'd never expected and was delighted by. Sadly Dad's time in the home
was short as he passed away at the beginning of August.
The care he received from the staff was second to none even when the dementia changed his character the staff always showed him love and respect. The last few weeks of his life were hard on us as a family but the care never changed. The staff were amazing both to Dad and to us, it made a hard time a little easier to bear with the staff's care.
His loss has left a huge hole but knowing he was cared for so well in his last few months - even more so in the last weeks has made this a little easier.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Loose Court to anyone. It is an amazing home (emphasis on the word home it really is home from home).

My father in law came to Loose Court in September 2017 and from the very first day, we knew he was in a beautiful home and that is what this amazing place is, a loving, caring family home. We received outstanding care for him, patience, respect, compassion, all the things you wish for your relative
to encounter are delivered as the norm here. The support we received from all the staff as his dementia deteriorated was second to none and in his last week of life, the care he received was outstanding as was ours. Nothing was too much trouble and the compassion shown was second to none. This wonderful home is an absolute gem and I would recommend anyone who has to make that decision to place a relative in a care home just bring them here, you will never have a moment of doubt. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making his last year of his life so full of genuine love, care and compassion, we will never forget this wonderful home.

Loose Court was my mother-in-law's home for 2 1/4 years. In that time she was cared for with love, affection, dignity and professionalism. The whole staff are happy and positive making the residents feel secure, safe and special. Her room was always spotless and homely and she really enjoyed the food.

My mother has been a resident at Loose Court Care Home for over two years and throughout that time she has received excellent care. The home has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and management and staff were always on hand to assist residents or answer any questions we as a family had. Mum enjoyed
the comfort and security of being well looked after, the tasty food and in particular the many activities, games and entertainment available. Even when her mobility worsened, Mum was always included in any suitable activity. Mum was always treated with respect and dignity and staff would ‘go the extra mile’ to make sure she looked and felt special and loved. It is a huge decision when choosing a care Home for a dearly loved family member but I know we made the very best choice in Loose Court ..... a big thank you to all the team for your care and dedication.

I first started my caring career over 30 years ago, I started as a health care assistant, then as a senior carer at Loose Court to deputy manager, where after completing my level 5 in management, I took the position of registered manager. I have worked at Loose Court for over 12 years and together with my deputy manager we have established a fantastic team of staff.
