My visits to Pine Lodge have been pretty good, if I've had any issues I've gone to staff and its been dealt with. Staff have always been polite and all like being in mums company, she makes them laugh. Mum has settled into her new room which I asked for and she been happy.

However, my husband had a cancerous skin legion removed and was due to have the dressing removed and cleaned by the Thursday, but on Friday afternoon it still had not been done until I mentioned it. There doesn't appear to be enough staff on hand to ensure appropriate care and safeguarding at all times. I also took 15 pairs of socks in which have all gone missing, although I have asked about them on several occasions, he is still without any socks weeks later.
