The care my mother gets is of a high standard - she is well looked after by all the staff. I have a review with the home manager about every 2 months, this allows me to discuss any issues or concerns I have about my mum's care and needs.

All the staff are friendly and always ready to chat.

Mum has really come out of her shell since she started living at Elizabeth Court, the staff have gone out of their way to encourage her to mix with other residents and take part in outings etc. She loves the food, we’re so impressed we are moving my father-in-law in as well.

The staff are very caring and there is a wide variety of activities on offer. The food is of excellent quality and the home is clean, tidy and has a lovely garden. Recent decorations have made the living areas more interesting and there are now some pet birds on site. The number of trips out also seems to be increasing.

Mum settled in very quickly and is well recovered now partly due to the continuity and genuine care of the staff here. Mum is safe and well looked after. We are looking forward to the activity coordinator's new ideas.

We are always made to feel welcome when we visit mum, whatever the time of day. Thank you.

I cannot express my gratitude and thanks for the wonderful staff who have looked after, cared and befriended my father in the years he has been at Elizabeth Court. Whenever I visited he always had a smile on his face, was well turned out, and treated with respect.

In the past year his health slowly deteriorated, nothing was too much trouble for the staff on my father's floor. The Duty Manager does a great job of keeping staff and residents on an even keel.

The Claremont staff cared for him in so many ways; from speaking, singing and dancing in Irish to making sure he was always happy, comfortable and well fed! Regularly, a particular member from Claremont would visit my father from the ground floor, I know my father enjoyed her company, as did I.

In the last weeks of my father's life, all the staff looked after my father in a happy, clean, comfortable environment, he died with dignity and respect.

Thank you to everyone.

I have found the majority of staff caring and friendly. I think that a bit more understanding of non-sighted residents would improve matters greatly. Perhaps more training is required?.

I visit with a mutual friend every three week is to take Holy Communion to a resident. She always appears very well cared for and, though she is grieving, both the loss of her husband and her home, she is full of praise for the staff, care and facilities. I have been impressed by the staff and by the pleasant atmosphere.

The thing that impressed me the most was that the residents looked clean and had good clothes on which were laundered and ironed. Staff seemed caring and everything looked clean. It is like walking into a hotel!

Staff also were friendly and would come to your aid when needed except to two of them!!

Overall care is very good. Food is satisfactory, without being exceptional. Entertainment for residents was exceptional until about 2 years ago when one of two excellent entertainment staff left. It was still very good until a year ago when the second excellent staff member left. Entertainment and activities are now marginal with the single replacement staff member.
