The staff have also been very supportive in making family decisions due to her change in care and have kept us briefed of her condition all the way. We have been so thankful for their help.

My mum-in-law moved in at the beginning of October and was very apprehensive about leaving her own home. From day one she has been treated with kindness and dignity from every member of staff. There is a lovely caring atmosphere to the home, which has open-door visiting and a wonderfully friendly atmosphere. The staff have been accommodating to requests and supportive towards her in her transition. Thank you so very much!

Dad was at Greathed Manor for over 3 months and the care he received was both professional and caring. The whole team of staff were brilliant, kind and supportive to Dad and all the family who visited him often. The home was very well managed, the food was very tasty and available for visitors when needed and the nursing and care staff were all very patient and supportive. The building itself is magnificent and yet homely and is located in beautiful grounds and surrounding countryside. It was always such a welcoming and friendly place with plenty of activities and parties for those who wished to join in - including residents families and friends. I would highly recommend it.

All the staff were absolutely brilliant in supporting Mum with her dementia and being blind! Their patience and support were brilliant from day one until her passing. Highly recommended and in a great setting.

Greathed Manor offers not just a place to recover, but a community that genuinely cares about the well-being of its residents. I can't thank the staff enough for their dedication and the outstanding service they provided during such a challenging time. My friend left feeling stronger, healthier, and deeply appreciative of the wonderful care he received.

My mum's currently staying at Greathed Manor, and I can't put into words, the peace of mind and reassurance it's given my sister, brother and I. We don't feel we could have found a more perfect or suitable residential care home for our mum; they were so welcoming the moment we stepped through the front door; the management and every member of staff alike, are friendly (yet professional), kind-hearted, caring, respectful, hard-working, cheerful and dedicated to their residents and profession. In addition, my mum's enjoying the meals, regular activities, entertainment, the company of others, and garden (which her bedroom has a beautiful view of.) The staff are kindness personified, so, you can be rest assured, if your family member stays there. The well-kept, clean, beautiful manor house, gardens and country surroundings are so peaceful, tranquil and scenic, it's the icing on the cake. Thank you to the entire team of staff, for all you're doing for our mum; we are gratefully appreciative of it.

My mum improved healthwise from the day she arrived. Staff were friendly and efficient. They looked after my mum really well.

I joined the lovely hard-working staff and management of this amazing care home on fourth of January. I had the happiest time there, the staff were absolutely wonderful. My room was a comfortable size, nicely furnished, with its own private ensuite, and a huge window with a lovely view of the countryside. The dining room view of the garden was so relaxing. The food was very good too, and served with a smile every time. The management and staff were so kind, friendly and hard-working. It definitely felt like they were my family. It was so sad to leave, I miss them all.

My husband lives at Greathed, I can't even begin to express how happy I am with it. The moment you step in, you're greeted with an atmosphere that just feels right. It's always so tidy and neat, you can tell the staff takes great care of the place. The staff there are simply amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure my husband is comfortable and well taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better place for him to be.

Very good care home, my friend had palliative care at Greathed Manor and passed away peacefully, Nursing and staff were very attentive to his needs and very caring, the rooms were very clean and the views across the gardens and fields are beautiful, definitely recommend for palliative care, thank you.

I am so very grateful that in Mum's last few days she was treated with respect and dignity.

My mum was transferred here following an operation in November - she was there for 8 weeks. During this time my mum received the best care that any daughter would want for their mum. Every member of staff was kind, caring, professional, friendly and respectful of my mum. They were truly an amazing team and nothing was too much for them. I know my mum has said that she could not have wished for a better group of carers. Thank you all.

My dad is in Greathed Manor at the moment, after being in hospital for nearly three months, and love being in there. We've been to visit may times, both with his little dog and my grandchildren, his great grandchildren, and the staff are lovely and everyone knows my dad's name and let me know if anything is wrong or if they need to ask a question. I'm hoping he can stay there, he is on four week stay at the moment.

I visited the open day at Greathed Manor on Saturday 15th July. I was thoroughly amazed at the great, happy atmosphere from both residents and their families. It was obvious that a great deal of planning and thought had gone into making the day so successful. The residents all enjoyed themselves, many congratulations to the staff who had worked so tirelessly to make such a great day. Well done everyone.

Mum spent a wonderful ten weeks at Greathed Manor where she received the most gentle and caring attention. The staff and management couldn't do enough for her and Mum was always saying to us how lovely the staff were.
