All the staff were caring, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Food was varied, plentiful and delicious. Room was bright, comfortable and clean. The ten days I spent there was a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend the home to anyone else.

Before entering Crest House Care Home, a friend (who recommended Crest House) said it was like a five-star hotel. Very true. All the staff were unbelievably helpful. I never once felt any embarrassment when they attended to my personal needs. The catering was very good, thank you. I can't think of any
way to fault the place or staff. Entertainers and exercise visitors were very good. I would not hesitate to use Crest House in the future.

I visited Crest House Care Home on a weekly basis for almost a year. I cannot commend the staff highly enough. They were attentive, kind and always enthusiastic! The care my mother received was second to none and they were as thoughtful with her family as they were with her as a resident. Covid was
a trying time for everyone but you still got a smile whenever the door was opened....even if you couldn't see it properly you could hear it in their voice and see it in their eyes. It was always scrupulously clean throughout and all the residents were happy. I can honestly say my mother could not have been in a better place.

Visited at Christmas time and such a lovely atmosphere in the home. Entertainment was provided all behind the safety screen and socially distanced with carols and everyone was joining in! Staff always friendly and welcoming and take time even just to say hello. Such a lovely home from home in very difficult
times for everyone - they are a real credit to the care industry.

I really like living at Crest House Care Home, I came for eleven days respite and decided this is where I want to live permanently! The staff and management are most helpful and attend to all wants when needed. I enjoy the activities, we are always kept entertained. The home is always clean and tidy,
the cleaning staff are fantastic. I also really enjoy the food, the kitchen staff are very kind and cater to all likes and dislikes. I can not fault any of the staff, they really are amazing and make this house a home. And the management are absolutely faultless, they're really lovely ladies. I would recommend this home to absolutely anyone.

My mother has been cared for at the Crest House Care Home for almost seven years.
During this time she has benefitted from the combined care and attention of all the staff. It has become her home where she feels safe and protected. Her health needs are taken care of which is of primary importance.
However, she has thrived (as much as she's able) as a result of the social programmes the staff members provide.
I have been kept informed of any changes that Mum has experienced which is very reassuring. Any time I've wanted to talk to Mum, video call or visit the staff have always been accomodating.
I have been both grateful and impressed at the efforts made at keeping their residents safe through the Covid pandemic.
I would recommend the Crest to anyone considering residential care in any capacity.

I visit my friend regularly at the care home and she is always happy and contented. The staff are great and have so much interaction with the residents. The home is clean, tidy and they put so much effort into the care they give all their residents. I hope if I ever need to go into a home that I can

The staff at Crest House Care Home really go out of their way to create a safe and positive atmosphere for the residents and have continued to do so even in the difficult times we’ve had lately!
There always seems to be lots of fun activities to keep everyone entertained and it has a real family atmosphere.
A lovely, clean, safe home with patient and attentive carers. Highly recommend!

I have been visiting a resident of Crest House Care Home for a number of years. They are more than happy with their care, are well looked after, kept entertained and are well fed (perhaps too much cake on birthdays!). For value of money I find it hard to fault, the rooms are well-kept ad tidy although
quite small. Laundry services are efficient and the management team always greet me with a warm welcome.

Have made the resident extremely welcome - continued with high-quality care and support. He has never looked happier or healthier. Haven't ever had cause for concern or complaint. So happy to have found such a good home for him.

I was involved in some voluntary work at Crest House. I made friends with a few of the residents and recently visited after I found out through the manager that residents can be visited in a designated sanitary room. It was great to see the residents and staff in such high spirits during the tough period
we are all going through. The team here really have been doing a great job and I can’t speak highly enough of their great work.

Crest House has provided a wonderful home for my friend. When I went to visit, they were having a lovely time playing bingo. The cake was yummy too. Lovely surroundings and super friendly staff. I felt very welcomed and happy that he is in such good hands during such a precarious time.

Our family have been extremely pleased with the care and protection of our mum whilst being in the care of Crest. She was very happy to live amongst the friendly and caring team and loved the food. Her mobility was the only reason she had to leave.

The care my grandfather has received at Crest House has been incredible.
The staff have been so caring and accommodating under the circumstances of covid and given him a second family here.
Knowing this, it’s really helped our family to know he is well looked after and genuinely loved there, more
