I have been at Crest House since October 2015. I am 96 years old and suffer from IBS, gallstones, restless leg syndrome, bad circulation and occasional stomach upsets. For all these troubles I receive medication from the doctor which helps. I walk with difficulty with the aid of a Zimmer. I have a pleasant
room with lots of my belongings from home to make it homely. I try to do as much as I can for myself but if needed, staff will help. The staff are patient, kind and helpful. There are activities and entertainment if one likes to partake.
The chefs cook plain and healthy food and are very kind when one is not feeling well. All in all, life here is pleasant and comfortable.

I have visited one of the residents for several months and have always found the home to be clean and fresh. The front door is secured, but always answered/opened quickly and whoever opens the door is always smiling and polite. Rooms are clean and tidy and to a very high standard. The Crest is well
run, well managed and the residents very well cared for - with dignity.

As a visitor to a friend who lives at Crest House. I can say that I am always made to feel welcome by the staff who are cheerful and friendly. My friend is happy and secure.
