Cross Lane was the fourth care home my mum came to, having struggled for some three years with her health and care needs. For the first time, she has really settled. She does not feel unhappy to be away from her own home because this has really become her home and the staff are so caring and warm....

She has regained so much of her capacity that I can really relax at last, knowing she is safe and her needs are always met. Thank you. The team is just wonderful in every way.
