Mum is very happy and settled after just over a year at Millcroft. The staff are so helpful and caring and there are loads of activities including trips on the minibus which Mum loves. Thanks so much to the team for looking after her so well!

You could not choose a better home if you tried, this home goes above and beyond. My untie absolutely love's her home, she gets looked after so well. She always looks lovely & clean, her room is always clean and tidy. I always chat to the other residents, and they speak very highly of the home. The management are so nice , and the care team you see are brilliant. The home is always clean and fresh whenever I visit, and are always happy to answer any questions you might have. They have events through out the year, and go for trips out the week.

On arrival, there is always a welcoming smile and greeting from the staff. I am always informed as to where my friend can be found. There is always a cup of tea and biscuits on offer. I have offered to pay for them but it has been declined. My friend and other residents always appear clean, dressed nicely and happy. The home is always clean with no apparent odours and there is always someone around if you need help or advice.

My husband has lived at Mill Croft for several years, during which time his needs have changed significantly, however, the staff have been fantastic and have gone out of their way to care for him at all times. The staff always appear cheerful, caring, helpful and treat him with dignity and respect....
My husband has lived at Mill Croft for several years, during which time his needs have changed significantly, however, the staff have been fantastic and have gone out of their way to care for him at all times. The staff always appear cheerful, caring, helpful and treat him with dignity and respect. He receives regular visits and treatment from the chiropodist - arranged by Millcroft and health care as necessary. The staff keep me informed of any changes and contact me if they have any concerns. They are always very welcoming to me when I visit and always appear cheerful and friendly. The home always feels homely, appears spotlessly clean, is decorated tastefully and always smells clean and fresh. The garden is lovely and has a lovely view over a tree-covered hillside, which is very relaxing and therapeutic.
