Millcroft is a residential care home registered by the CQC offering accommodation and personal care for a maximum of 24 older people.

The home specialises in providing person-centred care to older people in a friendly environment with plenty of places to relax, the purpose-built home has the needs of older people in mind. Whether outside in the garden, or indoors in the dining room or conservatory, the home provides a safe environment for residents to live in.

Millcroft ensures residents have great meals which they all enjoy and offer variety of choices. Regular outings are arranged for residents to participate in, as well as a variety of daily activities which are suitable for all levels of ability, like knitting, reading and chair-based exercise.

The home is committed to improving access to and experience of healthcare for LGTBQ people across Sussex. They respect your confidentiality, strive to use inclusive language in all communication, provide information and signpost to further resources whenever possible, and will not discriminate against any residents based on their gender orientation or sexuality.

Millcroft is just like a "family home" and is run as one. Each resident needs are individually addressed. The staff are always friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They make themselves available at all times for discussing queries etc and the home is always fully staffed. Also,
everywhere in the home is spotlessly clean and fresh smelling. Residents appear happy and comfortable and are treated with respect and dignity. The only criticism I have is activities are poor and needs more input from the organiser.

I think the home is very nice, my mother is well looked after. Most of the staff are very nice and hard workers. I do wish there were more activities, we were always made aware of what is happening.

My mother has been at Millcroft for about one year, myself, sister and family are pleased with the overall standard at Millcroft.
The staff are efficient but still friendly and approachable, all in all, a well-run team by the management.

My father has been treated with kindness, consideration and respect whilst at Millcroft.
All areas are always clean and well decorated. It has a welcoming, homely feel.
There is not a large staff turnover, so my father seems secure in knowing the staff well and them him.

My Mum stayed at Millcroft for more than a year. I am so grateful with the care the staff provided to my Mum during her stay at Millcroft. They gave me my Mum back, they helped my Mum to get back to her feet again. I witnessed how staff cared for everyone in the home, no matter what time of the day,
they always smiling. The place is like a home away from home. A marvellous team, good and friendly atmosphere. Once again thank you for the care you all provided by my Mum.
