The staff are very caring. End of life care was exemplary. The kindness was all we could have asked for.
Nyton House is an extremely well-run, friendly and caring home. My mother has been there for 3 years and nothing has been too much trouble for the staff in their care of her. They are always polite and considerate and do their best to make the residents happy. My step-father in law is also a resident and he loves being there. The food is excellent and yesterday the Easter-egg hunt was amazing.
Not an easy decision to move my mother into residential care however we were really delighted to find Nyton House. The staff and management have been so kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. Mum has settled into her new home and we have huge comfort in knowing she is safe and very well cared for. I really appreciate the warm welcome to visitors and how the people in their care are treated with respect and dignity whilst allowing as much independence as possible.
Well equipped and my mother has settled in well and is happy.
Staff are responsive, helpful and very welcoming. Great emphasis on dignity and residents' autonomy.
I would be happy to go there once I could not cope on my own.
I am continually impressed with the caring, helpful and friendly staff, who always seem to maintain highly professional standards. In particular, I appreciate the efforts staff make to enable my aunt to attend hospital, other appointments and recreational outings, always respecting her personal wishes. Visitors are always made welcome.
Nyton House is truly a home from home environment with a lovely choice of home cooked food each day. The staff are so friendly and always on hand to talk to. My Mum has her every need catered for and I know she is well looked after.
I am, as always, full of praise for the care and attention my mother has had at Nyton House. From day one she has been so well looked after. Her needs have changed since she has been a resident and the staff often appear one step ahead of this. She has now an improved modern bed and chair for her room. All staff have treated her with dignity and respect whilst still finding time to make her laugh. I am encouraged that all aspects of life at Nyton House are constantly reviewed. New innovations are often implemented. I cannot speak highly enough of the care that has been constantly given to my mother.
