Kevin is a seasoned health and social care executive with a passion for delivering person-centred care, with a focus on professionalising care roles, implementing innovative solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Throughout his career, Kevin has transformed services that serve the elderly across the UK. He has led non-profit and for-profit organisations providing care homes, home care, assisted living, memory care, and rehabilitation services. Under Kevin’s direction, these provisions of care have thrived through a person-centred philosophy and innovative solutions.
Kevin works diligently to leverage his experience and perspective to benefit Oakland Care Group’s residents, families, and employees.
As a Director for West Sussex Partners in Care, the local association for care providers, Kevin is committed to advocating for the social care sector.
Kevin is a Fellow of both the Chartered Management Institute and the Institute of Leadership and Management.
