I am well cared for and helped to do all the things I can. I am kept clean at all times and I find all the staff treat me with dignity and are very professional in all they do.
Thank you for a lovely review, the team will be very proud.
My aunt stayed for 2 weeks respite. The process from start to finish was exemplary, all staff very friendly and caring and the home itself, excellent.
So pleased to read how satisfied you were.
Auntie arrived at Rosemary Mount in March and due to Covid restrictions, I was not able to visit Auntie in her room. During Auntie's isolation period she was able to have window visits and after Auntie was out of isolation I was able to visit her in a dedicated visiting room. I had to take a Lateral Flow Test before visiting and was provided with PPE. Staff were always wearing properly fitted masks. The home always looked and smelt clean. There is a well-kept garden with seating areas which I am sure are enjoyed by the residents when the sun shines!
Thank you Wendy lovely review and much appreciated.
Mum moved into Rosemary Mount 18 months ago after living alone for many years, then losing her mobility. From the first day that she moved in it felt like home to her. The staff and management are warm, friendly and genuinely care for her needs. Mum suffered from anxiety before she moved in but this became less apparent as her confidence grew and she settled into the home. She seems to have flourished since moving in and can always have a laugh with the staff here. Not being able to visit through the lockdown has been very difficult but the home has done all it can to keep residents entertained and posting photos on social media to still involve the families. I'm always touched at the effort made on residents birthdays and other special occasions to bring everyone together. I will always be thankful and grateful that this is my Mum's forever home.
Thank you for such a lovely review, much appreciated.
I would like to say a huge thank you to Rosemary Mount for the care they have given my Dad over the last 18 months. I am so grateful for your upbeat attitude, your caring nature, your professionalism and for making me feel part of your home when I visited. I knew Dad was in the best hands and had everything he needed. Rosemary Mount has an amazing team of people and all of them make a difference to people's lives by doing what they do.
Thank you, Janette, for these lovely words of appreciation. It means so much to all the team.
All staff and management were very helpful and considerate at all times, very caring, always informed on any information we needed to know, a very good home and our relative was very well looked after and happy. A big thank you to all staff involved.
Thank you, Teresa, for the lovely review.
My mum, who has dementia, went to stay at Rosemary Mount for respite care for two and half weeks - and ended up staying for 5 weeks. Due to the lockdown, my mum had spent many months staying at home with us and had become increasingly withdrawn, not having any social interactions outside of the home. When she returned home from Rosemary Mount she was a different person - brighter, more engaged and her occasionally cheeky personality was more evident. All the staff are great and do a fantastic job looking after all the residents. There were lots of activities and we received regular updates and photos - which was a real comfort and lovely to see that she was well looked after, happy and had settled in. I can’t recommend this wonderful care home enough.
Thank you for your lovely review of Rosemary Mount, it is so rewarding when people are completely satisfied with our service as all the team put so much into making people's stay a positive and happy one.
My mum has been met with the utmost kindness and top-quality care during her two years there. She is always treated with respect and she is settled and content. The staff are professional, helpful, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The attention to Mum's personal care is excellent and her room is well kept. Although my mum doesn’t always join in there are plenty of activities and entertainment on offer. Above all, there is a family atmosphere about the residence and the staff are a great team.
Thank you, Susan, for such lovely words, it really makes a difference to the staff to know that all they are doing in this difficult time is appreciated.
Very pleased with everything.
A friendly home with conscientious and helpful staff. Always a warm hello and smile for residents and visitors alike. The staff treat the residents with dignity. They are also more than happy to provide refreshments and snacks for visitors alongside the residents. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosemary Mount to people I know.
My uncle always looks very smart and his health has greatly improved since he came to this care home. I would like to thank the manager and all her staff for making both the visitors and the residents who visit this home so enjoyable. Keep up the good work, you are all great.
Mum has blossomed since living at Rosemary Mount, she is very happy and relaxed. Every time I visit, I always find all the staff super friendly and very attentive to all the residents and visitors. There is a positive and calm feel at all times. I've never failed to be offered a cup of tea with mum. Her room and ensuite are always clean. The staff help mum to be the best she can. Thank you, it's very reassuring knowing how well she is cared for.
My 93-year-old Mum was very frail and unhappy and no longer able to live on her own due to her failing health when she arrived at Rosemary Mount.
I can't fault the home for anything at this present time.
Were he ever to require that level of care again I would be happy for him to go back to Rosemary Mount.
The home is bright, fresh and welcoming. Staff are very caring and work as a team to offer the best opportunities and experience for residents. I regularly see small acts of kindness and respect happening throughout the home. Open forum meetings are held for residents, relatives and staff giving all a chance to have their say on standards, food, management, activities etc. Senior staff take great care to plan residents' medical, emotional and social support with appropriate professionals. Residents are kind and respectfully attended to.
The care given to our mother in the last month of her life, when she was bedridden, was next to none - due to the superlative care of the staff. She sustained not a single pressure sore or mark, was kept clean and fresh, and most important of all was cherished and loved as though she was their own precious mother. They also extended that love and care to us her family. We are extremely grateful.
This is the best kind of care home run by the best kind of care staff with an excellent management and nursing team. We can recommend, unconditionally, to anyone seeking accommodation and care for their parents or relatives. It is a truly wonderful place.
My mother seems quite happy at Rosemary Mount.
The staff encouraged her to keep as mobile as she could and she managed to keep walking with a frame for many months.
Any concerns raised with management were quickly and sensitively dealt with.
Medical help/advice was sought promptly and the staff regularly risk assessed to ensure her safety.
As Mum approached end of life she was cared for in every way with love and dignity.
The home enabled me to be with her night and day for her last five days, caring and supporting me as well as my Mum.
