Overall Experience

The staff are always very kind and everyone seems well cared for. The top floor, where mum has been moved to, is well thought out. Except for the problem of the heat which is unacceptable in my opinion. And also the location makes it hard for residents with reduced mobility, like mum, to get taken out on the veranda or garden with ease.

My Mother has been a resident for 18 months. Her room is excellent and the care she receives matches it. Could not praise the management and staff too highly. They take a very personal care of their residents and make the effort to have regular visits from entertainers.

Overall Experience
I found the home and staff to be very helpful. They went out of their way to try to accommodate a family member at very short notice.
The rooms were very nice, as is the rest of the care home.
All of the staff Ii spoke too or had anything to do with were very caring and helpful.

This is always a very tense and stressful time, but it was a smooth process with all the help from the staff.

The manager always answered all questions asked and went above and beyond what I would expect.

I would highly recommend this care hotel to anyone looking for care for one of their loved ones. There is a lovely atmosphere when you walk in and this never seems to change.

Thank you for your care and compassion.
