My father has recently moved to Lyncroft Care Home where the change in him has been immediate. Such lovely caring staff who have not only helped him to settle in well but who have made life so much happier and easier for him and for us. Just knowing he is safe and being well looked after means the world
to us. Dad is responding so well to the staff who all show such genuine care and love for him. They have all taken the time to get to know him and support him.

My mother-in-law was a resident of Lyncroft Care Home from March 2022 until August 2022 when she sadly passed away. The home is very cheerful with immaculate decor. It was a pleasure to go and visit. Her room was spotlessly clean and she came to regard her room as 'home', which was a great comfort to
all her family. The staff were always bright, cheerful and caring, and answered any questions that we had about mother's care. Her end of life care was carried out with dignity and respect and everyone at the home provided comfort to the family.

I have nothing but the highest praise for Lyncroft Country Court. My mother went to live there on 1st September 2022 at which time she was extremely frail, not eating and had been admitted to hospital with severe dehydration. We really did think she was dying but the wonderful and dedicated staff at
Lyncroft have completely turned her life and health around. She now eats and drinks normally, has put on half a stone in weight and has regained her interest in life and taking part in the activities on offer with gentle encouragement from the carers. I cannot recommend Lyncroft highly enough.

My sister has been resident in Lyncroft Care Home for almost three years. She is very happy in the home and feels safe and secure there. This is a great comfort to her family, most of whom reside in Ireland. My husband and I visit my sister as often as we can and we are always overwhelmed by the warmth
and sincerity of the welcome we receive. I could not speak highly enough of all the staff involved in every part of the care home's operation. My sister herself had been in failing health before she was admitted to Lyncroft Care home and the move gave her renewed confidence and motivation in her life. I feel extremely satisfied with the care home every time I visit and feel reassured by my sister's own praise for the staff and the care she receives from them.

The care home is bright and cheerful with pleasant surroundings. On entry, you are met with a friendly face and pleasant greeting. The staff are caring and nothing is too much trouble for them. All rooms are spotlessly clean. The residents are taken out wherever and whenever possible and are kept occupied
with arts and crafts. Currently making things for Jubilee Celebrations.

My husband has been a resident for one year now. I cannot fault the care given to him. Lyncroft is just like a small hotel. The food is amazing. Also, they care about the family and let you know what is going on with your loved one.

We were extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolutions when issues arose. Would never recommend it to anyone. The staff never informed us of my father-in-law's change in behaviour and he ultimately had to move to another care home. Extremely poor management by all concerned at

Mum moved here approximately two years ago now and I have been very impressed with the care she has received. The food is excellent and the cleanliness and decor of the rooms and public areas are lovely. I am always made to feel very welcome when I visit and mum is very happy. Thank you Lyncroft for

My mother has dementia and has lived at Lyncroft since May 2020. I cannot praise the staff highly enough, they have been absolutely heroic throughout this awful pandemic. They provide a wonderfully caring environment where my mum is looked after and her personal needs met whilst respecting her dignity.
Lyncroft is always spotless and the laundry team do an amazing job. My mother loves the meals and always raves about the chef’s fish and chips! All the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The reception team always give you a warm welcome - it’s a joy to visit Lyncroft to see my mum safe and happy.

Fantastic attentive staff who provide excellent care and always a warm welcome when visiting. The property and gardens are very well maintained and a suitable place for visits. My Mum looks extremely well and is always positive when talking about breakfast, lunch and dinner.

My mum was so well looked after here, she played bingo, sung songs, she always looked lovely. She had her hair done and her nails always painted. In her last few weeks, we had such intimate moments in her room. She always looked so cosy and clean, the staff always made me feel so welcome to sit with
Mum. They looked after me and Mum in her final days, coffee lunch, a reassuring chat and now a memory I am forever grateful to all the staff.

My grandad came into the care home first and settled in well, then the staff made my grandad and nan's final wish of being together come true and made it possible for them to be together until the end. The staff are so warm and friendly and genuinely care for and love all the residents and their extended
family. I have always been well informed of any changes in their health and well being. The food is second to none and my nan and grandad loved living here. If I asked my grandad if he liked it he would say 'oh yes I love it in here they look after me so well'. I can't thank everyone who works here for the care love and compassion that they have given, not only to my grandparents but to me also. I will miss you all. Thank you is just not enough.

My mother has only been a resident for three weeks but I have already personally experienced the caring attitude of staff. On my first visit two members of staff spent considerable time explaining things to me and how they were coping with some of Mum’s issues. Mum’s move to Lyncroft from an assessment
facility, after 6 weeks in hospital, was delayed because of a mix up over a covid test. Lyncroft alerted me to the situation and kept me fully informed. I even had a call on the morning of the move to say that she was on her way.

Mum was in Lyncroft from February 2020 until, sadly, she passed in April 2021. COVID visiting restrictions made Mum's last year difficult and we missed her very much when we could not visit.
As a family, we can not praise the staff and the home enough for the care and attention they have given my
mum during her time in Lyncroft especially in her final weeks and days.
In Mum's last few days when we visited, we were looked after also and we appreciated the support given to us in such a difficult time. It is truly a family feeling home with dedicated staff. One staff member even came into work to say goodbye to Mum, as she knew she may not be with us next time she was at work - that touched us.
Thank you Lyncroft for all your wonderful staff who are truly caring and the beautiful home from home that you provide for all your residents, you truly are amazing and should be proud.
