Excellent friendly and first class service. Would definitely recommend this care home, they treat all their clients like one of their own family members. Food and choices is excellent and very tasty. All staff are very professional and friendly.

These past months with Covid on the horizon, have been really hard. Not being able to visit, hold hands, kiss or have any closeness to my mum were almost unbearable. The only consolation is that I know she is being cared for to the same standards as I would use myself by the staff at Lyncroft.

My Grandad has been a resident at Lyncroft for around 6 months now and I honestly cannot recommend this wonderful care home enough. He was used to seeing myself and my children daily before the pandemic and has had a lengthy hospital stay, moved from sheltered housing to a care home, all during lockdown,
all whilst not seeing his family. The staff have been amazing. They have treated him like family and to see and hear how happy, settled and content he is is all I could have ever wished for. He has been experiencing falls just recently which resulted in a trip to hospital to be checked over this week and I went to visit today and you would never have known. He was still his happy content self and this is all down to the amazing staff and how well he is cared for and treated. I have heard a lot of complaints recently about other care homes not being very cooperative when it comes to visits etc especially over the festive period but Lyncroft have been amazing and have done everything they can during this time.

No one likes to see their dad in a home, but when you see him so well looked after and cared for to an extent that all the carers treat your dad as one of their own, you know he is in the best place. I can not ever thank them enough.

The care that my father has received since he has been at Lyncroft Care Home has been second to none. He has been there since April 2018 and I couldn't wish for a better place for him, he is so happy and the staff love him. I'm happy because he's happy.

We have had nothing but the best attention and care for my father from the first moment we walked through the front door, from the liaison manager to the care staff reception staff and the kitchen staff. Cleaning staff and so on. Amazing attention to detail on every level, clean, the meals amazing.

My father initially went into Lyncroft for 3 weeks respite, but after 2 weeks decided to stay permanently. He loves it! The staff are lovely - caring and patient and can't do enough for you. I liked the fact that I didn't need to make an appointment to view - I was shown around straight away, nothing
was hidden away. I am very happy that my Dad decided to live here.

Lyncroft Care Home is the best care home in Wisbech. The staff are all amazing at what they do and are so caring and passionate. The manager is truly amazing! She has been there for over 25 years and is extremely knowledgeable. The staff at Lyncroft are what makes this place amazing, they are a family
and always treat everybody, either staying or visiting as a family.
Lyncroft is always so spotlessly clean every time I visit. I have never found anything bad to say about Lyncroft.

What a difference the new manager has made in such a short time, lovely to see happy staff and residents too, it makes a change from a few months ago. I had many concerns then but none now. Now we get told the truth, not lies, it is clean (spotless) even with workmen around, caring. Lovely team, run

Visited Lyncroft today as a volunteer and although there is a lot of renovation work currently underway, you can see the improvements are going to offer an amazing environment for people to live and for their families to visit. Many of the staff are very long serving which means a lot and the Home
Manager is extremely knowledgable as she has worked for Country Court Care for over 25 years. Even with the building work, everywhere was clean and tidy and the new rooms look lovely. Cant wait to go back and help out again.

I visit most weeks, lots of building work going on for the better. Like the new dining room and day room. A member of staff showed me around, My friend does end to stay in her room. I am always offered tea of coffee when I visit.

Everybody at Lyncroft have been exceptional in helping the resident to make the transition into residential care. They have gone above and beyond to help him to settle in and deal with practical and emotional issues. The resident was very isolated at home but he is now regularly enjoying the social
activities organised by the entertainment team. We feel happier knowing that he is receiving 24 hour care, support and most importantly company.
