As a visitor three times a week, I find each time I come the staff are always helpful and very polite. The residents seem to be quite content and well cared for, it's also nice that they have lots of activities.

This is my first experience at a care home (at age 90). I'm at a distance from family so I'm finding it new and difficult, but staff are caring and it becomes easier week by week. The environment is beautiful and visitors help. A whole new life experience.

Lovely and clean, very friendly. Lots of things for the residents to do. The food is plentiful and always well presented. Plenty of outings for those who wish to go.

I was reluctant to leave my own house, but my daughters realised that the time had come for me to stop living alone. I don't think they could have picked a better place than this. I am provided with the vegetarian diet I require, have a very pleasant room with en suite toilet and entertainment and occupations of various kind are regularly provided.

My mother has been a resident for 5 years. The staff are caring and keep a sense of humour while looking after the needs of residents. The food is good and varied, I have joined mum for lunch on several occasions and always enjoy the meal. There are a variety of activities and entertainment on offer each week. I am reassured that mum is happy and being treated with respect and dignity.

Having spent time visiting an elderly relative in care homes, I can say on good authority, in particular how wonderful the staff and the facilities are in general in 'Chiswick House'. I have been really impressed. P.S. After eating a meal there, I can also rave about the food. The only danger is that the 'in-mates' will grow in size. It was delicious.

We feel very comfortable visiting our mother-in-law. Staff are always helpful, friendly and cheerful. Everyone keeps us well informed. The atmosphere is very homely and cosy. We have used a few care home and would not want mum to be anywhere else.
