Mum and dad moved in together in November last year. They both have various physical and metal health problems, particularly my father who can become quite difficult and agitated when unwell. Staff have handled the situation extremely well - ensuring separation when needed but at the same time...
Mum and dad moved in together in November last year. They both have various physical and metal health problems, particularly my father who can become quite difficult and agitated when unwell. Staff have handled the situation extremely well - ensuring separation when needed but at the same time ensuring their rights and dignity. Staff are very kind and attentive. There are always plenty of staff around. Considering their complicated needs, both mum and dad seems very content and my mother much less depressed than usual. the manager is very hands on.
