Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your concerns, though it is a shame you didn't come and speak to our manager directly. We have an open-door policy and always encourage families to share any worries so we can resolve them immediately. We would like to reassure you that your mum has actually gained a stone in weight since coming to the home, which shows she is eating well and enjoying a good variety of food. She is also a very independent lady who prefers to dress and carry out her personal hygiene on her own, and we support and encourage this independence as part of her care. We do everything possible to safeguard residents' belongings, including clothes and personal items, and will continue to review our laundry processes to minimise any inconvenience. Please do feel free to contact the home manager at any time if you would like to discuss this further.
