I cannot praise the staff enough. Nothing is too much trouble and every Saints
The home is clean and well kept with no unpleasant smells. The rooms themselves are spacious and comfortable with a large en-suite shower room. Almost every day there is some sort of entertainment or activity and a programme is given to all the residents so they can plan their week ahead.
I am made to feel very welcome when I visit. The fresh flowers on the tables are a nice homely touch.
A well run caring care home.
Thank you for your feedback. It is important to us that Residents and their families are pleased with the Home.

Thank you for your kind comments :)
Thank you for your feedback, Geraldine. Our new activities team leader starts on the 12th November and this is a full-time role. However, there has been a provision of activities whilst recruitment was in process although we accept that this does not meet our standards. Fruit is served at breakfast and on each snack trolley and as desert several times a week. We have taken your points on-board and will be monitoring this. We do operate an open door policy and if you have any further issues please don't hesitate to pop in and see one off us.
Thanks for your kind review, Samantha. :)
