My Nan has been at st Leonard's for a year and as a family we are very pleased with the care she is receiving! She settled in very well because all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming! I like that they use the communal areas and have activities on for the residents. To have around the clock is something that makes me feel comfortable leaving her in their care.
The kitchen staff are also amazing, always offering for me to stay to lunch, i feel happy spending time here because everybody is so nice

Thankyou all for all your hard work!

St Leonards is run very well and has a real family feel about it , all the staff are friendly caring and go the extra mile in looking after my loved one,
Activities are great especially the singers to which most of the residents sing along.

I'm always kept updated with anything I need to be made aware of in regards to my mother.

My godfather was sent on discharge from hospital. He and I have found the staff absolutely wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they take time to talk and listen to concerns of residents and visitors. They do everything they can to make residents feel loved and cared for. They are kind and encourage all to take part in the activities on offer. My godfather is going on a visit to the cathedral, he wasn't sure about going, but the staff took time to put his mind at rest about the worries he had, small, caring home, highly recommended.

As always, my visits to my wife are notable for the friendliness of the staff and the lengths to which they go to keep her clean, warm, and comfortable. Her room, and the communal areas, are kept clean and tidy, and the general atmosphere of the home is good.

On our last visit we were impressed by the care and attention afforded to both residents and us visitors.

Additionally the residents are treated many times a week to visits from external groups and have regular activities - these being made visible to relations via social media.

The home was at a loss fora while lack of leadership. There has been a big improvement over the past few months with the new management team. Would like to see more things going on at weekends for the residents and more one to one interaction for the ones that dont join in with group activites or have limited mobilty. The cleaning has improved but would like to see side tables washed more regularly. The carers are amazing a mix of ages and experince. Food is a bit hit and miss but manager aware and trying to improve.

I found this care home very friendly, and the care my mother receives is excellent. I have been unable to visit very often due to cancer treatment, so they keep me updated on events and any treatments my mum might need. They are extremely caring and professional. Mum's enjoying it too.

Welcoming and friendly. It is a happy atmosphere, and the staff are very caring to all residents. An excellent programme of activities and says much that the volunteers who come in, especially those who provide musical entertainment - are happy to come in on a regular basis.

The staff do a brilliant job but need a few more staff as sometimes there's only one staff on at one time. The meals they get are very good, but I do think they need more drinks in a day than what they are getting. One big disappointment is the garden; it needs a lot of work doing to it, and the fencing wants redoing.

My dad is very happy here, the food is very good and plentiful. The staff are friendly and caring and do their very best for my dad and all the other residents. The staff listen to any concerns raised and show a genuine interest. The activities coordinator is very good and also does a hair dressing service as well as hand and nails being washed, cut and painted. They all do a fantastic job under pressure, as sometimes staffing levels can be low and challenging.

The staff are friendly and caring despite working in a difficult career. The staff turnover is worrying and I'm concerned that results in a lack of understanding of individuals' needs.

My uncle has been a resident at St Leonards Court for three and a half years. He is very comfortable living here and regards it as his home. The carers provide a very good service in looking after him and meeting his needs. My uncle is treated with respect, and his dignity is maintained. I recommend this care home.
