This care home provides quality care, quality accommodation, quality staff and quality food. From the minute I first visited the care home I felt the residents were cared for, kept safe, kept clean and each resident is treated with dignity, respect and as an individual. All the residents' needs are met, the staff are friendly and professional. The home is not updated, but the rooms are always immaculate. I would not have my mother in law anywhere else.

I have visited my mum every 3 weeks since she moved in, in the autumn. The staff are always relaxed and friendly, knowing every resident by name and nature. it is a pleasure to go, not merely because I see my mum. They are friendly to all but are working extremely hard. When I am old I want to go to St Leonards! When you ask about anything you get a helpful response. They communicate if there is any problem!

Whilst my Grandmother has been in St Leonards, she has been provided with the best quality of care that we could have hoped for. Nothing has been too much trouble for any of the staff and we are always made very welcome and looked after when visiting. Top marks all around.

St Leonard’s Court is amazing, their care and respect for my dear mum has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Mum has been a resident since July 2018, my Dad visits every day, the caring staff are very compassionate to him, make him feel at home, so he is able to spend quality time with his wife of 63 years.

Now, this is really a care home, all the staff really do care. The meals are all good home cooking that includes all homemade cakes. It's just like walking into someones own home, full of love and care I would recommend this home to anyone with a loved one with or without dementia.

We have been relieved to have found such a lovely home for our mother. The organisation and running of St Leonard's is so much better than a lot of nursing homes. The kindness and care of staff is exemplary and we have found the care given is consistent from all of the staff. A friendly homely place giving the residents a very good quality of life. It is a pleasure to visit and a blessing to see the staff looking after the residents with kindness. Thank you to all the staff looking after our mother. We appreciate your hard work done with such a cheery attitude.

St Leonards is a lovely place to visit you always get a warm welcome. My partner is always clean and well looked after. If l have any problems l speak to management and it is soon resolved. Everywhere is always clean and tidy and my partners bedroom is lovely. It has a family atmosphere and they always respect peoples dignity. The food is excellent it's cooked freshly everyday. There is always something for the residence to do weather it's playing games or watching television, listening to music or in the summertime going outside in the secure garden. The staff there are amazing always happy even though I know sometimes It can be a challenging job. I am very happy with my partner being at St Leonards and I would recommend it to friends.

St Leonard's Care Home is like a family. The quality of care is outstanding - all members of staff display this. There is a vibrancy - I love 'The tree' art project and know my father enjoyed painting his autumn leaves! My father is happy - he feels 'at home'.

Thank you to all the excellent staff.

Friendly staff, who are kind to residents. Improvements have been made recently. Dad's bedroom has been decorated and a TV made available to him which must have improved his quality of life as he is bed bound. Staff are always happy to help residents and family alike.

I LOVE THIS NURSING HOME AND THE MANAGER AND STAFF. My Grandmother lives there and is well taken care of, I visited back in July and I have heard she is doing well. Thank you to the Manager and her staff for all they do. I live in America and I feel well assured that the Manager is taking care of my sweet Grandmother. Wish I was there to help, would love to be there!

Lovely friendly staff, I was made to feel very welcome and to treat it as if it was my grandfathers own home. My grandfather is very content and has a lovely connection with the care staff always having a joke. I especially enjoyed the lovely afternoon tea party they put on, the staff went to great lengths to make lovely cakes and put out the bunting and I was able to enjoy the lovely party outside in the sunshine with all the residents and the cakes were lovely.

Staff are always very friendly, helpful and attentive to residents needs. Food is excellent, varied and presented well. Resident's rooms are very clean and tidy as is their en-suite. Communal areas are clean, bright, tidy and airy. I would give St Leonards Court a mark of 10 out of 10. I am very pleased to say that I am happy that my mother is there, being very well cared for by wonderful staff.

My father came to St Leonard's with advanced dementia and severe mobility issues. Immediately, I was impressed by the friendly, open nature of the staff. Dad was not always easy to deal with. However, the carers immediately let us know of any issues that arose as a result of his behaviour or the state of his health. At all times the staff were kind and cheery. I can genuinely say that I always 'caught' the staff doing something right, in a kind and caring fashion.

We were always made to feel welcome and encouraged to stay as long as we wanted. The food provided was always to a very good standard and Dad’s preferences were always considered. Perhaps the state of the decoration is not pristine, but the level of care, quality of meals and tailoring of support to individual needs more than makes up for that. When the weather allows, the home finds outdoor activities to do. It is awful to place a loved one in residential care, but find a home like St Leonards made is so much easier.

I visit St. Leonard's whenever I can, my mother is looked after very well, she is always clean, tidy, nicely dressed and her room is also very clean. She is treated with respect, dignity and kindness by all the employees. The new Manager is excellent, very dedicated and bringing in new ideas, she is willing to spend time discussing anything relevant. She has made sure all residents have access to the garden and summer house which has recently been revamped and a pleasure to be in. Overall I am very happy with my mother's care.
