The home has 20 comfortable bedrooms, 14 with en-suite facilities, while the remaining six have private washing facilities. Every bedroom has a nurse call system, allowing residents to summon assistance whenever required.
Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms and create a familiar, homely environment by bringing in their own furniture, photographs, ornaments and treasured possessions. Discuss any furniture arrangements with care home staff in advance to ensure they are suitable and safe.

A varied programme of activities encourages social interaction, enjoyment and wellbeing. Activities include quizzes, skittles, film afternoons and dog therapy sessions. Family members and friends are also encouraged to bring pets into the home, where appropriate, allowing residents to enjoy animal companionship and maintain meaningful connections.

My wife and I cannot praise the home and the staff highly enough for the care given to her mother even though she was unfortunately only there for a short period of time up to her death. Nothing was too much for them.

- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
