Always good - a very nice atmosphere and the staff are really kind and understanding. If ever we have had any concerns over Mum, these have always been addressed promptly and we are kept in the picture if we are unable to get to see Mum.

My mum has now been in Munhaven for just over two and a half years and we are extremely happy with the care she receives, she is always smiling and all the staff are so lovely and caring so we know she is well looked after. Mum went into hospital earlier this year and we were told she was end of life,
she looked dreadful after being in there for five days. Munhaven staff were only too happy to have her back and let her have her last days with them surrounded by the people who love and care for her. We went to visit her there the day after she was released and were amazed to see her sitting in a chair, drinking a cup of tea. She is still doing really well which is because of the care she receives, nothing is too much trouble.
Yesterday we went to Munhaven's Christmas party, the food was fantastic with a massive selection of both savoury and desserts and we all had a lovely day.
We would like to wish all the staff a very Happy Christmas and New Year

I quickly discovered, on my weekly visits to a precious friend at Munhaven during his respite care and later when he became a resident, that the staff are the crowning glory of this outstanding care home. Without exception they are deeply caring and compassionate, taking admirable professional pride
in every aspect of their daily work and radiating cheerfulness, patience and warmth. With apparently inexhaustible energy they devote themselves wholeheartedly to the wellbeing of everyone in their care, and nothing is too much trouble for them. This is caring at its very best, a joy to witness and to experience, and members of the staff team at Munhaven deserve medals for their abundant gifts of talent, skill and devotion.

My grandma has been at Munhaven for three years. We live over a hundred miles away, as do my sisters, and it has been very hard not seeing her at my mum's house. However, the staff have been absolutely brilliant, welcoming us all, including my very young children before lockdown. We loved our visits,
even were offered the chance to share family meals with her! Since lockdown, we regularly get posts and photos of grandma enjoying herself in the activities or just getting a hug from one of her lovely carers. My mum has changed a lot as she is no longer worried about the responsibility of her own mum, we all appreciate what Munhaven have done for Grandma and for all of us by giving our grandma everything she needs at this time.

The review is how I found Munhaven Care Home from the last time I actually went inside the home before Covid. I have been visiting my brother through the pandemic, outside visits. Everyone has been kind and helpful. They have all done an excellent job keeping the residents and themselves free from Covid
through these long months. My brother is very happy in Munhaven.

A very warm welcome from staff. The home has a lovely feel and residents are given excellent care. Nothing is too much trouble. My mother is happy there. Family visits including the dog are welcomed.

I visit my former neighbour several times a year and I am delighted to observe the very high standard of care she receives. Her care is a credit to the staff - I have mentally pencilled in that should I require care at any future time, Munhaven will be my first and only choice.

The home feels friendly as soon as you walk in. The staff are welcoming and always cheerful. They talk and interact with the residents, always with respect and with awareness of treating everyone kindly. They treat residents with dignity. The staff are well trained and continue with training. The kitchen
staff - especially the cook - are amazing with a broad selection of food and lots of choice. There are activities and visitors - the Brownies, a dog to pet, music to join in with. Its a safe, secure environment.

Visiting for Christmas lunch, made very welcome and staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, food was great. My mum has now been at Munhaven for 2 months and I have to say that the home and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they treat the residents with care and respect at all times. My mum loves it at Munhaven and loves all the staff. The staff, have to, made myself and my brother very
welcome when we visit and have made us feel apart of the Munhaven family. A big thank you to the manager and the whole team.

Since my husband has been a daycare resident he has enjoyed coming to Munhaven. He has also used the home for respite care. Both staff and management do their utmost to help with any issues that I and my husband have. We can not fault in any way their care and support.

All the staff have a wonderful quality of caring and understanding of the residents and nothing is too much trouble. Munhaven has a great family atmosphere. The entertainment and activities keep all the residents happy but they also have some lovely quiet places if they need it. My mother-in-law has
made some lovely friends.

Munhaven has a good reputation, deservedly. My partner has been a resident for seven or eight years and although she is not happy about it, she is very well cared for and looked after and her visitors are always welcomed.

The staff at this lovely care home looked after my very sick husband for just 4 weeks before he was transferred to a nursing home nearer to me. The attention and care they showed, not only to him but to all the other residents was exemplary. Munhaven has a lovely warm, homely feeling and the food is
fabulous. I would have no hesitation in recommending Munhaven to anyone who needs a safe and loving place for their loved one.

Once again my partner has spent a fantastic week with the lovely staff and residents at Munhaven.

The team at Munhaven are all passionate about supporting people to lead positive, independent lives by working in the residents’ timescales and reality, which enables them to provide a very personal approach to the care they provide. They are rightly proud of achieving an Outstanding CQC rating and the award for Best Dementia Care Home at the National Dementia Care Awards in 2019. Munhaven has a really good reputation in the local Mundesley community.
