Our dear Mum was a resident in Park House for around 18 months. This was a very tough time for Mum and all the family, as Mum had secondary Parkinsons and the start of dementia. We cannot thank the manager and her team enough, as they supported us as a family so much at the most difficult time of our
lives and most importantly cared for Mum so well. They became her second family, and Mum adored them all.
Having never been through losing a loved family member, the Park House family guided us and supported us amazingly and we can't thank them enough.

I am very pleased with the way my Mum was welcomed into Park House and on the whole am very pleased with the way she is cared for. Sometimes it's the little things that bother me, e.g. someone else's clothing in my mum's room and being told not to ring her bell in the night quite so much. Unfortunately,
my mum needs help during the night; she can't help it. But she is happy there.

Obviously, visits have been limited, I have been welcomed and treated with respect. The manager has always been helpful and has gone the extra mile to assist my friend (resident). He has nothing but praise for his total experience.

I find myself getting better on a daily basis. I have not been here that long but so impressed by the care that I'm getting and give the home 5-stars. I have volunteered at Park House and it's hands down the nicest home I've worked in, everyone is treated with dignity and care and nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are hard-working and friendly and there is always a wonderful atmosphere. I would highly recommend to anyone themself who needed

The staff are absolutely wonderful, the home itself is very clean, airy and generally a truly lovely place. Whenever you walk in the staff ask if you would like a drink, and are very courteous, friendly and caring. You couldn't ask for a better home.

I have been visiting my friend for around a year now, as a fellow member of a meeting group that he used to go to before he went into Residential Care.
I have been very impressed with the Care and attention to detail at Park House.
Nothing seems like too much trouble and my friend is always singing
the praises of the Care Staff there, my friend especially enjoys the food.

The care team at Park House are amazing and their work rate and commitment to their residents is second to none.
Aside from taking in my mother on two temporary occasions, my auntie spent 2 years before passing away under the care of Park House and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

Care homes have a perception as being a place of last resort when someone elderly can't cope at home, but Park house is welcoming and the staff are very friendly and caring. Definitely not a place to move when you've left it too late - though their care is always excellent whatever the circumstances.
