Activities, entertainment and games are organised and offered. My mum really liked the lovely patting dog but was also fascinated when a snake handling experience was offered! Thank you from all her family!
Thank you for your kind words about the care your mum is receiving at St Edmunds. We are also very grateful for your lovely comments about the staff at the home, I've asked the Manager to share your thoughts with them. Kind Regards.
After a recent stay in hospital from which she returned dehydrated, with bedsores and loss of weight, the staff have returned her to a stable condition.
St Edmund's is clean and has a warm and welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
I would not hesitate to recommend it.
Thank you for your kind comments about the care received by your aunt at St Edmunds.
A very caring and considerate, clean and comfortable residence. Very friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble and they are always on hand to help.
Thanks for your kind words about the care provided to your wife at St Edmunds.
We used St Edmund's Home to provide care for my husband who has terminal cancer and also it allows myself some respite. We were both impressed with the home. It was clean, friendly and well-run. The staff are extremely professional and I had peace of mind during my husbands stay. We will use the home again in the future if the need arises as my husband's health deteriorates knowing that the best care will be received.
Thank you for your kind words about the care and support you and your husband have received at St Edmunds.
All the staff are professional and friendly, any queries are sorted. The food, sausages not to my husbands liking but always a second choice. selection of vegetables. As a wife, I could not wish him to be a resident anywhere else, as I am contacted immediately if a problem arises. All round, I am extremely satisfied.
Thank you for your lovely comments about St Edmunds. With regards to your comments about the food, please continue to feedback to the team and they will always do their best to ensure your husband's wishes are met.
