I have been blown away by the care and attention given to my mum during her time at Thomas Tarwell. Whilst she wasnt keen to move out of her own home, the carers were always so respectful of her need for privacy and so patient in their understanding of all her quirky needs as she became less able to cope on her own. She formed meaningful, loving relationships with many of the Team which helped us to trust that this was the right move for her. As her family all live far from Norwich, this was always such a comfort. In her last hours before passing, the Team were exceptional - ensuring that she was never alone and that she felt loved. We couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you for your kind comments about the care and support provided to your mum at Thomas Tawell House, especially at such a sad time for you. Once again, we offer our sincere condolences for your loss.
