Overall Experience

Mum has absolutely flourished whilst in the care of Beech House. The carers go out of their way to know each resident personally and give attention exactly as needed. Care is given to involving each resident in as much or as little as they wish - and there is always something going on to stimulate residents. Rooms are neat, clean and tidied daily and every conceivable care is given to each resident individually. We are so grateful for the care and thoughtfulness that every carer gives to the residents here - they truly go out of their way to be kind, courteous and respectful to them all - whilst creating a warm and very loving environment for each individual resident. The relief at finding Beech House has been enormous for us - Mum is happy, extremely well taken care of, safe, warm and well fed. Bless you all at Beech House for all that you do - we appreciate you more than words could ever express.
