Overall Experience
Team-Blyford, Team-Woodleigh = words are not enough in expressing our heartfelt appreciation for the care, compassion, and kindness shown during our loved one's six months, and to us as a family. We found the Home to be clean, tidy, and odour-free on each of our visits and residents appeared well-kept and as happy as one can expect. We were kept informed of changes to our loved one’s care and treatment as circumstances developed, and at the end, the level of dignity, respect, and empathy was second to none.

Some staff said “we are only carers”. We utterly reject this statement. We could not have wanted him to be in a better place for his end of life, surrounded by not only his family but a team of wonderfully caring individuals to whom we will always remain grateful. We were assured that Blyford Care Home would meet expectation, and indeed they did. Would we recommend the Home? Yes, most definitely and without hesitation!

Reply from Marc Scott, Home Manager at Blyford Home
Many thanks for the heartwarming words, they really do make what we do worthwhile.

As a team we value all of our lovely residents, not only as people we care for but as part of our extended 'Blyford family'.
