Marham House is operated by Anchor. Anchor has more than 60 years of experience as a not-for-profit provider of services to older people. Marham House continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care.

The dedicated care team gets to know each resident, working with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans so that their needs are always met. The Lifestyle Team are on hand to ensure that each resident enjoys each day as they wish to.

High quality dementia care is provided to residents living with the condition by colleagues who are fully trained to ensure the best approach.

The care team provides individual and compassionate care by getting to know each individual and building strong relationships with them and their loved ones.

First impressions show spacious and good equipment throughout. Staff are all caring and get to know their patients. Dementia always takes extra attention and my husband has received that. I thank you for the good care he is getting.

I am so impressed with Marham House, the staff so helpful and friendly, but I've noticed just how many there are on each floor, always available for residents. Everything is spotlessly clean, carpets, armchairs, bed covers all immaculate, even paintwork is fresh. Our friend says meals are amazingly
tasty and nutritious; we walked to get a cup of tea and I was impressed at the facilities. Drinks available 24 hours, coffee and tea, milk, cake, biscuits, fruit all available for residents. I would certainly be willing to come to Marham House if I was in need of rest and care. All very impressive, clean, good quality - well done staff - you're amazing.

We visit a resident who has had a hip operation (his second one) and resides at Marham House to recover until able to return home. During both sets of visits we have been very impressed with warmth and friendliness of staff, cleanliness of all areas, size of bedrooms. Our friends speaks highly of the
quality of the food. We were invited to an open day and had a delicious meal (not specially prepared to impress us, but usual high standard). Well done, all of you.

A big thank you to all the staff at Marham House for taking the residents out to Felixstowe 10.9.25.
It must have taken a huge lot of additional work and time to organize the trip and to support the residents during an outing like that. My brother really enjoyed it and we are very grateful for all
that the staff do for him which has improved his quality of life so greatly since he moved in 3 years ago, in particular the way he is respected, cared for and valued as an individual has made a massive beneficial difference to him.

Opened in 2020 Marham House is a modern purpose built care home and feels spacious and well thought through. As with all care home - there is a shortage of carers and all care homes are struggling to cope. That said Marham House copes well and the staff are friendly and helpful. My mother feels cared
for and she is happy.

My aunt has been a resident at Marham House for a month now. She has had a marvellous time, nothing is too much trouble and the staff have been kind and attentive at all times. All the staff know her by name, spend time talking with her and look out for her. The food has been amazing, and as visitors
we have enjoyed the tea and cake in the afternoon! When visiting we have always been greeted cheerfully, with an update on our aunt's day. The staff have been available at all times to help and care for her. A dream home!

My father-in-law needed respite care after being injured in a traffic accident. The staff at Marham House did a thorough review of his needs prior to his stay. They made him feel welcome and safe and were excellent at answering all of our questions. We can't thank them enough for turning an upsetting
incident into such a positive experience for all of us.

The team at Marham House have been amazing in helping my mum to transition from her own home. It's a difficult time for all the family but they have worked with care, compassion and cheerfulness to help her to settle in. The facilities at the home are fantastic. The activities are fun and joyful but
most of all the staff are always friendly, supportive and fun to be around. I always enjoy visiting the home and my mum enjoys her life there.

Marham House is just a wonder place, my mother loves it there. My mother became a resident of this wonderful care home in August. The improvement in her well-being, and interaction with staff and other residents, has been wonderful to see. She regularly participates in varied and enjoyable daily activities and has enjoyed the highest standard of care possible.

Always felt safe as regards her being looked after, etc.
The care home is always clean, and the staff are very good.

I have been to this home several times and have always been made so welcome by the lovely staff. I visit a dear friend, her room is lovely and very clean. There is always something going on and the atmosphere is wonderful. We always have tea or coffee and homemade cakes. The food looks amazing and my

What can I say, Marham House has provided my dad, grandad and great-grandad a wonderful life full of love, laughter and happiness. Dad is no longer alone, sad and scared. The Marham House family are a very large part of Dad's and our lives. They are kind, caring, always helpful to Dad and all the other
residents. Thank you for the very smooth room change. Dad's settling in well, he was keen to be on the ground floor like ourselves and the team and management helped his wishes come true. Thank you to everyone.

Marham House Care Home has improved to no end since the new manager arrived. She and the staff are professional in their approach. They care about the residents and take pride in helping the resident folk and the home in general. There is a warm welcome whenever we arrive to visit Mum and the manager
is always happy to listen to any suggestions. I feel happy knowing Mum is now in the best place for her and me.

Thank goodness for the new manager, appointed January 2024. She has made an enormous beneficial change in a short period, in the face of huge inherited problems. The home is now properly managed so that residents are treated with respect and their needs are well managed by carer staff without favour
or previously displayed malice. Staff appear more motivated to do an excellent job of caring and identifying when residents need specific attention. Keep up these improvements and it will be second to none in the area, with excellent facilities and kindness shown at every opportunity. Truly, well done for providing such a comfortable place for residents to feel secure and happy.
