My mum was made to feel very welcome as a new resident, her personal care was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for her. The room was clean and Mum enjoyed her lunch which we had with her in the dining room. The staff were kind and helpful and answered any questions we had.

Also, her room often smells of urine and the bin is always overflowing so we empty it when we are here which we should not have to do. In my opinion, the staff could/should check in more regularly to see if they need/want any help and not left to struggle.
