The care home offers hotel style accommodation and is situated in Lowestoft on the Norfolk Broads.

Staff provide care to meet individual residents' requirements and receive ongoing training in all aspects of care. Accommodation is provided in en-suite bedrooms. The home’s ‘Broad View’ restaurant has exceptional views across the Broads and a delicious menu.

I have been in respite here for six months, mainly last year. The atmosphere is extremely good. The carers and rest of the team work together well. The food is good, the rooms have all the facilities required and I have been supported well in every aspect. The environment is beautiful, particularly
the garden and I feel all opinions are considered and acted upon. I think the tick boxes tell you how impressed I am with the care and positive attitude here.

Hi, I’m Anne and I have worked at Broadlands for 19 years, the last fourteen years as manager.
I have an extremely dedicated and committed team who all deliver person centred care. We work together in our residents’ home supporting them to “live the rest of their lives” to the full Each one of our residents’ is an individual and their wishes, choices and preferences are always respected. We offer a “home” for life.
My personal philosophy is that we are privileged to work in our residents’ “home” and look after our residents’ as we would our own family. Relatives and friends are always welcome. I am very approachable, along with the rest of my management team and we are always happy to help.


The best medicine is a smile and laughter, and you are always guaranteed that at Broadlands.
