My mother and father have between them spent 5 and a half years at Broadlands Care Home. The staff have been excellent and very caring from the management to the carers, they have always been very attentive, kind and supportive. They have always communicated quickly and acted promptly when urgent medical
attention was needed. Both our parents were treated with the utmost dignity and personal hygiene and cleanliness was always maintained to the highest standard.
The beautiful grounds, garden and facilities are first class and a real joy for the residents and visitors. I have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful care home to anyone considering full time care for older family members.

My mother has been in Broadlands for four years and she has always been well cared for. The staff are all very pleasant and make everyone, both visiting and residents feel extremely welcome. There are plenty of activities for resident to take part in if they so wish. We are able to visit whenever we
wish and also to stay for meals.

I have been in respite here for six months, mainly last year. The atmosphere is extremely good. The carers and rest of the team work together well. The food is good, the rooms have all the facilities required and I have been supported well in every aspect. The environment is beautiful, particularly
the garden and I feel all opinions are considered and acted upon. I think the tick boxes tell you how impressed I am with the care and positive attitude here.

Hi, I’m Anne and I have worked at Broadlands for 19 years, the last fourteen years as manager.
I have an extremely dedicated and committed team who all deliver person centred care. We work together in our residents’ home supporting them to “live the rest of their lives” to the full Each one of our residents’ is an individual and their wishes, choices and preferences are always respected. We offer a “home” for life.
My personal philosophy is that we are privileged to work in our residents’ “home” and look after our residents’ as we would our own family. Relatives and friends are always welcome. I am very approachable, along with the rest of my management team and we are always happy to help.
