They offer long-term care but can accommodate short-term care (including respite) when there is availability.
The Home is set in a traditional single-storey house, now extended to provide spacious accommodation in the very heart of rural Suffolk near the culturally historical town of Bury St Edmunds. They have accommodation for 19 people (16 rooms - 3 of them can be used as double rooms with en-suite facilities) and provide residential care of the very highest quality to older people (male and female) who are in need of care through frailty, disability or choice.
Friends and family visit at their convenience and are able to spend as much time with their relatives as they wish.
Should your circumstances change, and you can no longer meet the full level of fees, Social Services will be contacted to assess your needs which usually culminates in them paying a finite amount, the outstanding balance being met by your family.

Whilst a resident, we as a family have been delighted with the level of care, compassion, patience and attention that he has received from the nuns and all other members of staff. During periods of ill-health, he has been cared for exceptionally and the family have been kept well informed at all stages.
Recently, he found difficulty using his shower cubicle and had a larger cubicle installed to ensure that he could safely, and comfortably maintain as much independence and privacy as possible.Family members are welcomed always, as members of an extended family.

The care home is relatively small and provides a very personalised service for our mother. The staff could not be friendlier or more accommodating of her and the family's needs. We feel very happy to have found and secured a place here for our mother and are absolutely confident that she is receiving the best possible care from an environment dedicated to helping others.

The staff take it in turns to sit and talk with her, just this week they arranged for one of the entertainment group to visit her room and sing for her, she enjoyed it so much that she even sang along with him. The head sister made a video of the event and showed it to me and my brother, such kindness forethought and attention to care is typical of the very high standard of care in the home. Tomorrow she will be visited by a lady and her four-legged doggy friend, a regular event she always looks forward to. A lady member of staff has been reading a story to my mother in the evenings and this seems to be keeping her mind alert and content as she has very poor eyesight and watching TV is a strain.
